I love pie five, and normally my food is great. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a pizza like this. It’s hard and just seem old or overcooked. Very upset about it. I’ll post the one from today compared to one I’ve had in the past. You can obviously tell the difference.

Worst customer experience ever is why i haven’t been here in 5 years. After my pizza was done cooking, an employee dropped my pizza. On the floor. No problem right? They can remake it real quick. Manager gave me an attitude as if I was behind the counter. She huffed and puffed. Then had me go to the back of the line to rebuild my pizza. Say what? Will never forget that.

We built one of our own pizzas and then ordered a suggested menu pizza. Truthfully, I hadn’t been to a Pie Five Pizza in more than 3 years and I was so pleased, we’ve been back numerous times in the past few weeks. Crusts, toppings, and ingredients are top of the line. Everyone is kind who works there too! Parking can sometimes be rough, but it’s totally worth it!

I have been to this location several times and my experiences have all been pretty good. The pizza is very tasty and it is nice to be able to put as many toppings on as you wish. Unfortunately on multiple occasions the drink machine was broken and the plastic ware/condiments station could stand to be tidied up. However, the food is good and personalized so it is overall still a good stop.
