Outstanding food, we decided to take a chance on a new spot in town and we weren’t disappointed. The fried chicken was juicy and fried perfectly. The ahi tuna was well seasoned and that rice was on the money, it’s not plain-jane white rice it was delicious. To finish the meal we shared a strawberry cream sandwich, first time ever eating a strawberry sandwich and it too was delicious. Every authentic tasting Japanese food. Highly recommend this spot!!

One of our favorite food trucks (and now restaurants inside American eat co) the service is always on point, the food is always amazing. The pork katsu and the fruit and crema sandwich are some of our favorites along with the fries. Definitely Don’t miss out on this business.

I had the pork katsu sandwich and it was very tough. I think the issue might have arrisen from the prok not being pounded thin which means a longer cook time which turns into tougher meat. The price is way too high for the quality I received today.
