The atmosphere was peaceful. The restaurant was clean, the seats at the table weren’t roomy but, eh. I got the catfish, which I asked if it was the fillet and she said yes they brought me out 4 half pieces, which would make 2 fillets. Of course they don’t know this but that is a HUGE pet peeve, to split catfish fillets in half and sell it as 2 pieces. I was turned off after that. The food was spectacular but they did what they could do I guess. It was an okay experience, I enjoyed the family.

Always a great time. Best food in Anniston/Oxford. You cannot go wrong with any menu item. Fairly priced for the amount of food they serve. They always have a drink special as well.

My experience at the Crab Barrack was less than desirable!!! First, I ordered and paid for a 1/2 pound of food (tasted so good combo) and did not get anywhere near a 1/2 pound. Second, I understand that we are in inflationary and shrink flation times, but $56.00 and a $5.00 food tax is ridiculous. Finally, I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Red Lobster gives you more bang for your buck and is cheaper. Lesson learned!!!

So I ordered gator bites they were as hard as a rock. I don’t know what to tell you, but just don’t eat gator bites at all and I order crab legs for my son and we told the waitress named stormy she was so rude so if you see a girl named stormy ask her why she was not a good waitress at the time Oh and I like to add they do not give refunds.

The food was AMAZING and the prices were fair. They would’ve rated five stars, but my server was also tending bar which had most of her time. I had a hard time getting my drink refilled. The hostest wasn’t very friendly. When I’m spending what I spent in this restaurant, I don’t think a full drink and a smile is too much to ask.

Ya’ll!!! We landed here after our other choices were closed because of a bad storm. We’re so glad we found this little, hidden treasure! The food…amazing. Staff….warm and friendly. Price….decent for the amount of food they give you! Best fried okra…EVER! We will definitely make the 45 minute drive often.

The food was good tho. I give this a one star review because first off the disrespect when i am ordering she is rolling her eyes at me like be patient second she raising her voice when I ask a question about the special . At the end she tries to be nice and all when I got on her.

Eh. What’s to say. I wasn’t super impressed by this place. Bar is empty, a lot of employees sitting around just chilling, they had the music as loud as a club. Decor was like 5/10 at best, but the place seemed clean. I ordered head on shrimp and clams, and beside the shrimp being a little over cooked the clams were pathetically small, I’m talking the size of fingernails! I wouldn’t even make a necklace with these things. Flavor was ok, there was a lot of just seasoning and oil in the bag, but it doesn’t say much for your quality that I enjoyed the potato more than the rest of the meal. If I had to go again I would at least try the crab but I’m not sure if that’s going to happen anytime soon.
