I love little Caesars. There food is good. The service is okay. Usually they are pretty fast, but every one in a while they take a little bit. Other wise amazing! The atmosphere is a little stuffy, but that’s because they’re cooking pizza. Great place! Highly recommend ♥️

North Ogden needs another Little Caesars location bad, this one clearly can’t keep up with the demand! I placed an order online more than an hour ago for pickup asap, for only 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizzas- nothing fancy or elaborate. I’ve now been waiting here for 25 minutes as I’ve watched a dozen or more people walk in and out with their ‘hot and ready’ pizzas, while those of us who ordered ahead of time (currently 6 here waiting) are stuck waiting here in the crowded, hot lobby. Makes me want to tell them to cancel my online order, give me the refund, and walk out with a hot and ready. It makes no sense the way they run things here.

I went to the North Ogden location on 4/10/23 at 1pm. The breadsticks I received were so flat and full of oil, they were brown. The pepperoni pizza I received looked like it had been sitting in the warmer all day, the sauce on the pizza was hard and cheese looked like at least a day old. Very disappointed in the quality.

Absurdly long wait times if you order ahead. Plus the “pizza portal” never has your pizza ready. It always sits there empty, and the app tells you that “something went wrong so you’ll have to get in line with everyone who didn’t order ahead just to get your one pizza which apparently couldn’t fit in their giant oven specifically designed for holding pizzas. Then the line is sometimes going out the door, if not backed up to it. Just ridiculous and unacceptable. It’s mediocre pizza, but it’s never been this much hassle to get it. Go elsewhere, save time and trouble. Management needs a serious wake up call.

Not that I expect much from Little Caesar’s to begin with, but you’d think that when they advertise hot and ready that they’d actually have something hot and/or ready. Not the first time, thankfully I’ve learned that it’s way better to order online and set your time way in advance, but even then it was 10 minutes later. Unfortunately this is typical of this location.

We ordered two bags of bread sticks and this is what we got I’ve seen thin crust pizza thicker/ more raised than these. I would like to say this is the first time we have experienced this poor quality at this location, but it is not. I hope management realizes that poor quality and customer service is what will drive business away. Gone are the days of our favorite after school snack.

Warning!!! This location will waste your time. First attempt at diner involved two pizzas. Pretty quick in and out. Got home to realize that my order was wrong. Returned to a line as an angry customer was chewing out the manager. Should have cut my losses and left. Thought I’d just take the hit and pay for a replacement rather than deal with discussing their mistake. Ordered a hot and ready then began to wait. At the 45 minute mark I decided that even the best pizza isn’t worth that wait and this is far from the best pizza. Good bye little Caesar’s. We had a good run over the years. I hope you automate your process with some robots and are able to get your business mode back in check.

I ordered online 2 hours before I picked up but when I arrived there was a line of over five people waiting for their orders. We all had to wait in line to check on our orders. When I went to pick up my order, they inform me at the last moment that one of my pizzas wasn’t going to be available because they’re out of ingredients. I had to spend an extra 20 minutes to get pizza one of them which had to be a substitute for what I ordered. I ended up overpaying for the pizza that I took home. It would have been better had they called in advance to let me know the situation and provided an updated time to pick up the pizza or a chance to cancel my order and refund my money. They could have also offered a discount or refund or extra items for the inconvenience and late pickup.

Only two people in the store knew what was going on. There was a full crew. The manager was filling boxes, the orders were completely late. Person at the register wasn’t calling for replacement pizzas and was handing out half the orders waiting on the other half. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Pizza was stone cold by the time I got it home.

I ordered an online pizza. I was told that it would not be delivered one minute before the delivery was supposed to happen. I received a text that it was modified or canceled and I needed to contact customer support. Customer support told me there was nothing they could do and it would take 10 BUSINESS days for me to get my money back. I will never order pizza through their app ever again.
