The best home made panzerotti. Unique and I love coming here, when we are close. It’s well worth the Drive the food is delicious . Unique gets cheese , while I get pepperoni and mushrooms . Plus I always get the same order. It’s always turns out bad when I try something else. So I stick with the same thing every time…. the cheese steak are good too.

I used to order from them all of the time, but after being hung up on, they get no more of my hard earned money. Your product is subpar and the young lady on the phone should be fired. Her customer service skills need extensive training. The second star is only because they may have potential, if they learn to respect the community. We all have to work, if you don’t want to be there, don’t take it out on your customers. The young lady on the phone has directly costed you income to your business. Never again will you get another dime of mine.

Today I purchased a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak and it literally was no hot sauce or nothing also I order mild wings for a Coworker of mine and literally no sauce or nothing on that either first I called they said Bring it back when I go back to the store from leaving my own job for them to tell me it’s nothing they can do about it only give me sauce They Didn’t want to ReMake or Exchange the food and they also didn’t want to refund me my money on top of that there was (NOT ONE SIGN UP THAT SAID NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE)I had to call the police in order to get my money back Very Very Disappointed

Bought chicken cheese steak mayo, ketchup and fried onions chicken Parm and a ceaser salad cheeseburger with fries at $44.67 burnt and nothing like we asked for never again at one time their food was pretty good but now just like the parking lot looks is just like the food! Gave them two stars should have gotten none!! Do better your customers should be your priority at all times!!

Ordered a pasta today with 3 toppings, my husband went in to pick it up and when he came out he said the pasta looked different than how it looked the previous times we ordered (about 10x). He’s not the type of person to go and complain about it (neither am I) but this time our pasta really seemed more of a soup instead of a pasta and also it didn’t have one of the toppings I asked for, so I went in and spoke with the counter person who afterwards went directly to the cook and told him what was going on. Unfortunately the cook just had this attitude and did not want to be bothered by an unsatisfied customer so I proceeded to ask for my money back, a few minutes later Luis who I beleive is also one of the cooks came out and listened to what I had to say and took the time to fix my order. After that, my pasta was the best pasta I’ve had in a very long time so, thank you Luis for really making sure the customer is satisfied.
