I went through drive thru today before I go home it was raining hard an I was hungry so I said hello hello . The manager came on intercom with a nasty attitude . Wait a min it only 3 of us in here . I said I wanted a 2 piece leg and thigh we don’t have no more legs. Then she said if u don’t like what we got , go down to KFC then I’m glad God working on me. Horrible Manager. Disrespectful. Unprofessional and Appears to have Poor hygiene. She had on dirty jeans without name tag. The staff looked disorganized and was sitting on a chair at the drive through. I walked inside to place An order because I sat at the drive thru for 8 minutes with out being acknowledge. When I told her I was at the drive thru and she could have at least acknowledge me… She refused to take my payment. SHE yells eat somewhere else… I sure will because the way you look… I don’t want you serving me.

Food was mediocre and not up to Bojangles standards. The biscuits were like hockey pucks, and the french fries look like they’ve been sitting there for a while. The egg was freshly made – that’s one good thing. The team members need to focus more on customers to provide better customer service.

I love Bojangles but not this location. I have ate here so many times only because it’s the only one in the area and you already know there is nothing here. Greasy undercook chicken / or old doubled over cooked chicken, hard dried biscuits , burnt Mac n cheese, dry rice, and the attitude of disrespect from this place when you call them out! One time in drive through I watched I mean sat there and watched them using their bare hands no gloves scratching their hair and breaking 1 egg apart to add on an order of 5 egg and cheese biscuits instead of cooking an egg for each biscuit I ordered . Hell naw ! I just look at the manager that morning and said nope give me my money back I don’t want the food . I had enough of this place and that was my last .

While I like the energy of some of the people, the food has gotten worse and worse. It’s now at the point where I only order egg and cheese biscuit, but after the truly old one I go today (at 2pm no less), I’ll have to try Hardee’s across the street. Egg and cheese biscuits are not hard to make and they take minimum time, which is why I switched to it instead of the chicken I used to love. The egg on the biscuit I was given today has that weird hard edge that tells you it’s been sitting too long. Gross and lazy. I’m done with this location.

Stopped here during a long car ride for breakfast. The service was friendly, and the bacon, egg and cheese biscuits were tasty and hit the spot. Recommended for road food for sure! Did not eat inside just went through drive thru.

Still feels like COVID is here. Food was not to Bojangles standard. The biscuits were dry and flat. The service was almost non existent they are more interested in each other than in serving customers. I only came here passing through and will avoid in the future.
