We had a graduation celebration and Nani put together a custom menu for us. She gave us a huge selection of items to choose from. Everything was delicious! She is very flexible and willing to work with your needs. We ordered the Quinoa Feta Cranberry Salad with her famous sweet onion dressing, Spicy Tuna Parfaits(tuna was very fresh), Apricot Chili Chicken Brie puff pastry, Guava Chicken Sliders, Balsamic Shoyu Rib Eye Steak sliced. I highly recommend her for all your needs! She can make a variety of foods to more than meet your needs!

Ordered a 2 item combo, shaved ice, and spam masubi. Combo was pretty good portion, taste, and good price. The pulled pork and chicken were really good. The ice cream and shaved ice was pretty tasty as well. I was disappointed with two things, the spam masubi and service.

I really wanted to enjoy this food. Aside from getting my initial order wrong, the food was bland and unexciting. The macaroni side was a simple mayo mixed with macaroni and nothing else. The Slipsidah sandwich was drenched in an excessive amount of sauce to the point where it was nearly inedible. The apricot sauce made the guava chicken tasty, but the portions were tough and chewy thigh meat which made me want to gag at times. The noodles had a funny smell and taste. The masubi was palatable, but none of the toppings were inventive or noteworthy (for example the big island crunch was ground down furikake and flavorless). I would not return and, although I love supporting local, I can’t justify spending my hard earned money to back this establishment.

$30 double protein plate. Some pieces of beef were over cooked and found a lettuce aphid in my greens.

This was the first time trying Hawaiian food for me. I didn’t know what expect and I loved it! The place itself is very nice, a family-owned cafe. I had the shaved ice with coconut and guava flavors. I never thought that shaved ice can taste so good! When I’m in LA again, I’ll definitely come back
