The food took forever we sat there for 10 min they forgot the meat they also have us pull up every time we go there it’s too much of a wait if you have to go. I’ve seen bosses AKA supervisors talkin someone down because they are having a bad day didn’t treat the person like they didn’t have anything going on in their live just work life also three people standing in one spot no food coming out wall supervisor just sits back and watches had to go in to get the meat for the sandwich an this taller but short bigger fella was talking trash to the customer up front before us Wilmington Ohio

I had to try the new fish and for the price of it . It was not worth the money . You get 5 small pieces of fish and fries for 11.00 . No I did not care that much for the fish . It just was not what I expected . You got more and better fish at LJS for less money . Sorry Arby’s I am a fish lover too .

My husband and I ate here yesterday evening and I must say it was delicious. The employees was very nice and professional and respectful. I was not rushed while placing my order and the line moved at a very good pace. I received everything and it was fresh and hot. I will highly recommend this place.

I am still waiting in the line at the drive-through after 17 minutes. Covid or not there’s absolutely no excuse for this. There has been seven cars get out of line and leave while they been waiting. I realize workers are scarce but this is crazy.

Added coupon to mobile order for free roast beef. Added roast beef sandwich and cherry turnover. Amount I was to be charged showed as $1.69. I placed order and it changed the amount to $6.18 and removed the coupon. So, I was charged an extra $5 without warning. I went inside and told the manager and she said there was nothing they could do. I informed them it was theft as I was charged an amount other than what I authorized; but, she reiterated there was nothing they could do and seemed very indifferent to the whole situation. I left feeling cheated and defeated.
