Longest wait, workers just stand outside without attending guests. I was never addressed while in the line in order to check-in my mobile order. Upon arrival at the window, I was barely looked at. Food was way too salty and re-fried and to top it all, they had no BBQ sauce available. Definitely was NOT “a pleasure.”

Since I couldn’t just call and get a solution I know this will work, I came last night around 8:00 and I was on the phone with my brother as I pulled up and started talking to the person taking my order he ask me was at Popeyes I knew then I was in for long night. I’m mad because I didn’t check the bag before I left when I KNOW I should when I come to location but I was in a rush I asked for 2 4 count tenders and fries, my fries were so salty and one tender box was undercooked and one of the boxes had 2 tenders and 3 nuggets in it .. I wish I could make this up. And after that I called and they say they can’t do anything about it over the phone which I don’t believe.

Doesn’t matter what time of day you come here. Doesn’t matter if it is drive thru, carry out, or dine in. You will wait 30-45 minutes for your food. Today I wanted to spoil myself on lunch break (I’m a nurse in surgeries 7am-6pm), and I left Chick-fil-A 15 minutes after my lunch break ended today (arrived at 1:47pm and left at 2:32pm)…. Literally had to cancel a surgery because of this. Go to another Chick-fil-A that has their stuff in order. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. The operator is Eric Johnson. In the past month alone, there have been 8+ 1 star reviews for this Chick-fil-A. The current operator could care less. The previous operator had curbside, drive thru, Dine in and carry out. Now it’s only drive thru and dine in. I’m officially done paying people who don’t care if they waste my time. I’ll be going to the Chick-fil-A on Sandlake from now on. They have much higher traffic than this one and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my food. FIX THIS LOCATION, FIRE ERIC JOHNSON.

PLEASE add a curbside option, even if it’s in-store pick-up. Mobile order via drive through or dine-in are the only options. Food is great, but waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-through for a mobile order completely defeats the purpose of a mobile order. I come to this location because it’s close, but I wouldn’t otherwise due to the 30+ minute wait I continually have via drive through. The workers are kind and the food is good, but efficiency is bad at this location. Please consider coming up with a more efficient method for mobile order pickups at this location.

We have never been to a bad Chick-Fil-A. They are always busy but they are great. Even when busy, they are still faster than most other fast food restaurants are when they are not busy. This location was efficient and friendly. What an amazing organization.

Man, this was a tough experience. I decided to go inside at 12:15pm on a Monday and order because the drive through line was wrapped around the building. The place is so disorganized. Half of the lobby is being used as storage. There was no que for the line and there were at least 15 people standing around waiting for food. I should have taken that as a hint. There was one person taking orders at any given point and 2 people behind the counter bagging food. Though it did not seem like anyone really knew what their role was. I waited at least 15 minutes to order and food took another 20 minutes to get. I don’t know, maybe it was an off day, but this just isn’t what you come to expect at any CFA nowadays.

I love Chick-fil-A in general just not this one …For one,they charge extra if you want more than 1 salad dressing,sauce,etc.Other locations that I’ve been to doesn’t do that.And my mac and cheese was bland and the portion size was less than I expected.
