First time ever at a firehouse subs and I enjoyed it. The sandwich was good, I felt like I got a pretty good sized sandwich for what I paid, and the staff was extremely friendly. There was a small line and they sincerely apologized to every person who had to wait as if it was some burden to have to wait in line for 3 minutes. Great work guys!

Walked in to Order a medium sub. I was greeted by a guy trying to talk to me and turning his head so I couldn’t hear him. Basically they tell if I want to wait 35 minutes for 1 sub I can. The manager is soooo rude I know not to go there again!

Four people working, all young guys and can’t seem to move half as fast as the normal two. Was there for over ten minutes for a delivery after having it for another 5-10 and they didn’t even start it. Earlier that same day, same situation and half are busy gawking at police next door while another sat in the corner eating. Been in there multiple times today and will be denying all future orders from here. Disgraceful

Horrible location, I walked in today and stood in line for 25 minutes without anyone even taking my order. The guy making the subs was watching a movie on the tv straight across from him so he couldn’t even concentrate horrible customer service bunch of junkies working.
