This location is always out of donuts. There is never a time you come here and they have all the donuts, Dunkin donuts should have. I have been here at 8am, noon anytime. They are always out of something, even the drinks. I hope another location is built soon. Dunkin Donuts Dacula needs to do a better job. They always look busy but they seem to be busy “NOT making donuts”

Mother’s day fail. Took my wife to DD. Walked up to the counter past the order kiosks. It was not busy. No one in the drive thru and only one gentleman in front of us. Two cashiers on duty. The first cashier handled the gentleman in front of us. She asked if she could help us. We said yes. She asked cash or credit card. We said gift card. I can handle that. We started looking at the inventory on display. She quickly became annoyed because we didn’t instantly give her our order. I pointed out a bin and asked if those were bagels? Because they looked like donuts with sprinkles. Turns out all the bins were mixed up. Nothing was what it was labeled. I asked if it was mislabeled. The cashier said yes, put her nose in the air and turned on her heels. Somehow that offended her. Trust me when I say this young person was offended. She was. I asked what something was in one of the bins. She zoomed around the counter and said i can help you put your order in on the kiosk. Very rude and dismissive. I know now why certain chains have replaced staff with kiosks. These kids don’t know how to not be offended at every turn.

I arrived at Dunkin at 8:47. At first the drive thru said it was closed then took about 5 minutes to finally take my order. The girl working, named Armani(according to my receipt ) was laughing and being very unprofessional while taking my order, i found that rude. After it took her 15 minutes to make my 5 drinks, while the other workers were just sitting and chatting anx laughing having a good time, we started checking to see if everything was good, and all the employees there decided to laugh and run off like amateurs. One of my drinks were wrong so i checked if i could get it fixed but no, everyone was gone. I honked not ONCE, not TWICE, but THREE TIMES. So, if I had the option to give a NEGATIVE star, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND. (Had to fix my drinks at home).

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and the middle of both were cold as ice. Management made me drive back for refund and he stuck his finger in the sandwiches and said they weren’t cold! He didn’t not want to refund their error! Spent $20+ for bad food and service. No more Dunkin’ for me.

Very clean Dunkin’ with a friendly staff. Our coffees were hot, fresh and prepared as ordered. The staff were fast and on point. We were extremely impressed with the efficiency and team work of the employees. Great job!

This is my first time at this Dunkin location but I usually get a Mocha Frozen Coffee and it always tastes good. I don’t know if the girl is new but she did not add mocha to the coffee. I went in to ask for a refund because it tasted terrible but she said they can’t do refunds because the manager isn’t there so she remade my drink. It still tasted bad because there’s a whole bunch of syrup at the bottom. The picture on the left is what the drink is supposed to look like and the picture on the right is what I got. I don’t know what is going on at this location but the workers don’t know what mocha is.
