I don’t eat McDonald’s but I take my kid here to eat as a treat and to play in the indoor playground. It’s clean, the workers are kind and they are patient w my kid and on the few occasions they have gotten his order wrong they have no problem fixing it. It’s more like a half star… The last few times I’ve been here I’ve sat in the drive through 30 minutes one time, and an hour the next. I could deal with the wait time but they ignore you on the speaker and don’t even greet you or acknowledge you are there. You just sit in silence while everyone behind you is getting mad because they think you are taking forever to order. I understand busy. Just get on the speaker and say that then. At the end of the day their food is too expensive for the quality of food and service you get. They need to be re trained.

The staff work hard and are pleasant. The only thing good about the food was the hot and fresh fries. The burger was dry as tumbleweed. Of course the milk shake machine was not working! Not surprised. Somehow we have come to expect subpar fast-food. Hunger on the road can lead one here.

I’ve never seen such bad customer service. Nobody said a thing to us but what can I get for you. Our shakes and our mcflurry was runny,the vanilla shake had strawberry sauce in it and on the cup. Your restaurant is not 24 hours as it says because anytime I come here between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. it’s almost always only deliveries through Uber Eats and other services. Jack in the Box manages to keep their services open with no lapses yet some McDonald’s is still living in 1995 technologically.

16 hour shift as a nurse, so tired, so hungry, stopped by @ around 11pm to get 2 McDoubles no cheese (I’m lactose intolerant) and large fry and this is what I got… I work tomorrow same deal, and even though this is “just McDonald’s” this order was so F’ed up I have half a mind to go in tomorrow morning for a refund.
