The broth was thicker and creamy. Noodles were thick and chewy. Chicken karrage is tender and juicy but not too crispy. Order it by phone and paid it after ordering. Overall 3/5.

They do have one vegan option for the those who are seeking plant-based. It’s not in the menu but you can ask the waiter to order. It was very fullfilling but I would’ve ordered with slices of tofu instead of plain to boost up the protein. Creamy and delicious

Such an amazing ramen restaurant. Dinner on a Wednesday and there was plenty of tables. Ordered on the app and it came out pretty quick, under 10 minutes. Service was friendly, quick, and brief.

A year later I came back here and it was super delicious and tasty. Probably the best ramen in union city and it is reasonably priced as well. I ordered the basic Ginjo Toripaitan Ramen and it was very flavorful and filling. It is not crowded at all and service is quick since you order and pay by scanning a QR code and paying on their site. I came on Saturday right when they opened at 11:30 and there were a ton of open tables. Highly recommend!

Foods are expensive. Around $20 per bowl of ramen. Food itself does not taste well. Broth is very thick and oily. Very dense texture in every bite of the ramen. Favor is also on the thick and salty side, cannot taste much. Deep fried chicken tasted good. Overall, not recommended.

2 non-Asian cooks and 1 Asian waitress that I can see running the ramen place. Sit down and scan the QR code, order and pay in advance, yes, no pay, no food. 15% tip automatic slap on, good or bad service. I enjoyed eating the ramen.

I was curious about all the raves that people gave about this ramen shop. I went on Friday noon for lunch with my kiddo. We waited for about 5 minutes while filling in the order sheet before being seated.

The ramen brother here is rich and delicious without being overly heavy or greasy. The ramen has a good chew but the toppings are pretty scant – we got the base bowls and were slightly surprised how expensive each bowl was with so little toppings included. A 15% service charge is automatically included on the bill. I wouldn’t mind stopping by here if I happen to be in the area, but I’ll probably stick with going to Ramen Dojo for when I want to satisfy my serious ramen cravings at a better price.
