Came in between lunch and dinner, and so it was pretty empty, but every table and bench was clean, and tidy, it was quiet, and very fast and friendly service. Saw all those reviews about it being dirty, so maybe they’ve been paying attention and working on it? It’s hard to find an affordable gluten free and vegan meal while out doing errands, and I’m happy with my food and experience here.

I come to moes decently often. Location usually is pretty good. Good food, decently fast service, smiles. However, I dined in yesterday and there were 2 young children running throughout the restaurant. I really do get that some parents don’t have other options and that really makes me feel for them, and I’m all for kids sitting or being occupied during the shift. But, these kids were standing over people as they were eating, showing the phone they had, and I even noticed them reaching into the chip basket near the register. On multiple occasions I saw them both come from the back kitchen area behind the doors, and I don’t know… Just makes me a little uncomfortable.

The staff at this location continue to be the worst restaurant staff. They have zero customer service skills. The restaurant is never clean. The floor is always sticky, and the tables never get wiped down. The drink machine is a sticky covered mess even inside when they open it up to refill it. They frequently do not listen to you when you are placing your order. They don’t fix machines or lighting issues.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with a worker here, I had some simple questions that they basically refused to answer, I had questions about some toppings, and I was ignored and rushed to create my bowl. It really bugged me, mainly because customers are strangers, it’s not necessary to take out your frustration on us.

The employees are nice but man this place is dirty. The counters and floors were filthy and littered with old food, sticky substances of some sort, and salsa bar looked like it was hit by a Russian missile. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Ok, i already love Moe’s, but I have never been to a stand-alone. They have always been in a strip mall or similar. I think they should try this in other places, honestly. Ive been to one in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and now Vermont. Just want to know if the pulled pork and sautéed mushrooms being pulled from the menu here was just a local thing? Or was it all restaurants?

Love this place. Fresh ingredients every time & friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean & lots of seating. Clean bathrooms too. Free chips & salsa bar with every purchase. Love the coca cola machine that you can make your own flavor. Easy go to place for good food.

I’ve been going to Moe’s for a while. I enjoy it but unfortunately this time was a bit off putting. I completely understand bringing your children into work if you need to definitely not a problem but if you do so there is a expectation in a way they act. The kiddos were running around the store, playing their phone at max volume behind the register and one did put their hand into the raw chip container that was put to the side. Again enjoy Moe’s and was a bit disappointed with this experience.
