My niece and I had a great time! We went there on a whim to just play games. I purchased the points over the minutes and it was just enough for us, when we ran out of points we were both worn out and ready to go! I was disappointed that there are not longer any animatronics! It’s not the same as the “old” days, but still a fun place. The young lady that served us was wonderful. We didn’t eat any food because we weren’t hungry. I didn’t give a five star because the atmosphere isn’t the same without the animatronics. But a wonderful experience all the same!

Price of food is way too high for the amount you get and quality of it. It wasn’t that busy but if they had no customers instead of hiding in the back someone needs to walk around picking up trash on the floor and left on the games. Some games didnt work because the balls were on another game. My granddaughter did love the floor screen.

Had a great time. The pizza and games were great . It’s just very pricy for 3 people. It costs $100.00+ and only purchased one 30-minute card.I will be back once I hit the lottery (lol)

We had a wonderful time for our son’s birthday party. The host was great – was always checking on us and seeing what they could do to help. The manager on duty even came out to greet us and see how she could help.

Amber is awesome! We go to Chuck E. cheese at least twice a month and she’s always there to greet us! She remembers me and my son and that makes us feel special! Her customer service and kindness are the reason we keep coming back! In todays world it feels like making the customer feel valued and welcomed has been lost on so many but not with this young lady!

This place is the best. My kids love it here. I get nostalgic seeing them play. I still have a blast myself. The staff is great. Food is a little on the high side but balanced out by the good rate on games. The food is great too so I’m not complaining. There is a nice section for the younger children so everyone can have fun.
