I got there a little after 12:00. I see it is cafeteria style ordering, she said pay after you eat. I ordered the fried chicken and 2 sides, mac-n-cheese and cole slaw. The mac-n-cheese was not kept at a safe food temp, it was cool. The slaw needed more something, it wasn’t sweet or have a vinegar twang. The chicken was not hot, and quite greasy. All in all it was edible. We finished up then went to the counter to pay. She asked, so what did you have? I’m not disappointed but not impressed either.

Had breakfast here it was VERY SATISFYING ‘ AND GLAD THAT THERE ARE A FEW OF THESE OLE HOME STYLE RESTAURANTS AROUND A LOT BETTER THAN A FASTFOOD JOINT ! AND WE ALL SHOULD TAKE TIME TO SET DOWN AND ENJOY THESE LITTLE RESTAURANTS LIKE THIS ‘ AND YES I WILL EAT HERE AGAIN

select items on the menu are excellent, but not everything. The eggs were cooked in advance and cold, sort of rubbery. The bacon was to die for, so was the sausage….the toast was just this side of warmed bread.
