I placed a online order for my lunch break for KFC, order should of been ready at 12:01pm… We get there by like 12:08pm, at the door there was a sign that they were only serving taco bell at the time . ( It’s a KFC/taco bell location) we went inside and asked about our order? Why did our order go thru for KFC? If it’s not available… Why didn’t we get a call to let us know that our order wouldn’t be made?? And well they said they hadn’t gotten the order, but I believe they just hadn’t checked.. nothing we offered for the inconvenience, they just said their fryers were down.. and for me to call a number they gave me to get my refund for my online order… I asked for SOMETHING for the inconvenience, since I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to go anywhere else, they did give me a free order for taco bell, but it’s not what I wanted… I did take it and thanked them. Was on the line for like 45 mins to get a refund from their online customer service… Restaurant didn’t look clean and just overall a bad experience.

Had a drive thru order. The young lady Jay was super attentive and actually got my order correct. This location is very busy compared to the one I usually go to but I understand there was a wait time. Food wash fresh and packaged perfectly for my drive home. Also the manager a young man with very pretty eyes was very nice when I came on my next visit. KUddos to the staff here.

If you want to wait in line frustrated for 45min to an hour with a crying baby in the back seat go ahead. KFC should just shut down, I’ve had the SAME experience at this location and the one on Nacogdoches, and around patbooker, basically all around live oak , universal city and Schertz. I ordered online for the convenience and the lobby was closed so there I am waiting in line. Oh! And they’re just giving everyone’s food that you ordered to whomever lol! Someone got my food and then I got someone else’s that was worth 50 bucks should of just kept it lmbo if you want free food just go here they don’t verify who they’re giving away the order to lmbo just assume according the way the line started. My family and I will no longer order with KFC. Today was the icing on the cake with KFC.

The food is good. Perhaps that’s why I come back. But, I have never ever ever been here when the floors weren’t sticky. I realize it’s a fried chicken place but common! The carpet in the empty room on the way to the bathrooms reek like they’ve never been shampooed.

Food was good. Understaffed and confused. Although Mike was very professional, the manager had an attitude. This was twice in past month I ate hear and got skipped over twice waiting on order for one person. I’ll never be back to this location! Do not recommend unless you have plenty of time.

Bad! Just sat in the drive thru for eva! Guy in front finally drove off-as in LEFT tired of waiting…I pulled up and order the 2pc meal…wait again for EVA … all I got was 2 pieces of chicken!!! $9.00!!!! won’t answer the phone! They prolly know its complaints!
