I had 3 egg rolls. They charge you a dollar for sauce. The egg rolls were both overcooked and super saturated dripping with tons of oil. The bean sprouts were soggy and old. This is one of the main things I have gotten for the past 15 years. Sadly I would never come back. The place is a dump. I hope they either Completely Reform their ways. Or promptly close for good. The egg rolls were so bad I’m just hoping I don’t get food poisoning. UNHAPPY GARDEN more like it.

What happened to Happy Garden? The food is not the same. The fried rice is nothing more than steamed brown rice. No taste at all and overcooked. The egg rolls were not at all crispy, very doughy. The little packets of plum sauce were like runny Jello. No sauce on either of our dinners. Very dry. Will start looking for a new Chinese restaurant. Very sad because we loved Happy Garden.

Ordered the General’s lunch. Arrived quickly, has a nice crispness to the chicken I don’t get from many places, and the sauce was tasty without being over sweet. Egg rolls are not really my favorite thing to begin with, but it was large, crispy, and full. Would highly recommend.

Great. Absolutely great. I haven’t shut up about it for 2 days now. Gai Kow was excellent. Crunchy, fresh veggies. Egg Roll was fresh and great. Anything fried was clearly in clean fresh oil.

Went there for the first time. And will be my only time. Their food had a smell of cigarette smoke and coffee. And tasted like it smelled. My family was extremely disappointed, as was I. I only went their because my favorite Chinese food restaurant Sun China was closed. Beware of some of the reviews that’s posted. I wish this restaurant the best. I purchased a quart of almond chicken and the portion was very small as well as the egg rolls and shrimp egg food young.
