Our passion for fresh food comes from our founder, Mary Vasquez. Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, she cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals. When she moved to the States, she married Mike, had children of her own, continuing to make her favorite recipes from her childhood.
In 1973, Mike and Mary took over an existing restaurant in Corona, CA and renamed it “Miguel’s” in honor of Mike’s grandfather.
Today this family tradition continues. It is our promise to deliver the freshest, best tasting California Mexican food each and every day at all of our Miguel’s Jr. locations.

This restaurant has produced bomb food every single day. Love Miguel’s love Mexican food. Love their nachos and their burritos. Their chicken tastes like the best chicken in the world and so authentic. Also LOVE the chicken tostada. Packed with tomatoes and lettuce cheese and refried beans. % recommend! They lock the doors at 9pm. Please update this on the hours we drove from chino because we wanted to eat in and your Ontario location closes at 9pm so we drove 20 minutes for nothing.. The food was just enjoy eating inside than in my car.
