My husband and I got the new steak grilled cheese. The picture in no way resembled what we got! We literally got a tiny bite size piece of steak in one corner of the bread, and the bacon was so old it was nothing but dried out crumbs! The tots were hot but we got no salt, no ketchup, no napkins, nada and the person who delivered said “sorry it took so long” and walked away. Worst $16 i have ever spent on food. These special sandwiches are a joke and a rip off. Save yourself money and grab a double cheeseburger at McDonalds!

I’ve only been thru once and My experience was pretty good but it appeared They needed more help didn’t have enough people at the time I was there not the employees fault just appeared not enough help but overall they done good but could have just been a rush or somebody could have laid out Don’t know but anyway a few more employees would have made it real close to five star so I would definitely recommend just have a little patience

Absolutely horrible experience! After waiting for 30 minutes our order was wrong. Ask for the wrong portion to be fixed waited for another 30 minutes and all it was two flipping hotdogs! After a hour with still not getting our order correct I speak to the manager. Which I tell the manager that either I need my whole order remade since the rest of the order is now cold After a hour or a refund and he preceded to tell me they can not remake the entire order. So I said I want a refund then and now a hour and 20 minutes in finally supposedly have a refund.

Ordered a plain footlong hotdogs plain. It came with chili and cheese. Took forever to get someone to answer the call button. After I reorderd the hotdog it took forever to get replacement. I even had to go up to the door to ask for the replacement.
