There is no consistency with online orders. This the 2nd time I ordered online and I barely get any food but when I ordered in person the amount of food is much more. If you are going to charge the same price online and person you guys need be consistent, what’s the point of ordering online.

Today I didn’t feel like cooking so decided to go get us some Chipotle. My daughter and I got a chicken burrito bowl and my baby got a cheese quesadilla. I get home and checked my receipt and said “Chicken Bowl @ 9.30”. I called the restaurant to get refunded I of course had to go back although it was Natalie’s fault and not mine which was such an inconvenience, but I was not about to let them charge for something I didn’t even get. So check your receipts before leaving the place or you may be charged for things you didn’t even get. Be careful!!!

I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl. The brown rice was okay. However, the rest of the toppings were HORRIBLE. The tofu was overcooked and hard, lettuce was half green and brown, tomatoes on the salsa were mushy, and tasted stale. The eating was unclean, and the soda dispenser was dirty with sauce drippings. Overall, a horrible day.

The front cashier was great, she was really nice. But one the preparation staff was Soo rude, me and my mother had to ask her 3 separate times for added guacamole to my burrito and asked 3 times for salsa, and her additude towards customers and coworkers was Soo nasty (obviously nobody taught her to be nice as a kid) and the worst part my brothers and my burrito fell apart and was wrapped horribly

I had an horrible experience here. Staff barely gave me chicken in my boil and when I asked about it she had an attitude. Then tried to charge me $1.65 for salad dressing. I really felt a racist vibe her like they didn’t want me in their establishment. I will never go back here again and recommend no African Americans to come here either.

I ordered chipotle burrito bowl and to my suprise the portion looked like someone ate out of it, barley any rice or meat, the workers don’t take the time to serve their customers in a caring and proper fashion, I suggest they do better. Kentlands serves far more better lol..

Moving out of our house I made a big order of 9 to feed everyone. Being pregnant and the last person to get my food out of the large box – I begin eating and the rice, which literally makes up the burritos and burrito bowl contents is hard and crunchy to the point you can still see the white down the rice indicating it’s not cooked. I called to speak to the manager and explained which order it was, she alnowlefged the large order and when I explained to her that they did not come the rice she responded “yes we are” and hung up the phone. This is the trashiest behavior, service and waste of money and I’m sure as a person she would expect better service and response to lack thereof of the roles were reversed. Disgusting and the owner should pay better attention the the people they put in charge and quality of food being served.

I already filed the issue with Doordash, however this is Chipotle’s responsibility as well. I paid $11.50 for this Chicken Quesadilla. It is automatically supposed to come packaged with Sour Cream and Tomato Salsa. These are not needed to be selected as a side. It seems as if they cut corners in the correct packaging in order for them to believe it’ll help be a cleaner delivery. $11.50 for this lousy Chicken Quesadilla without the correct ingredients is a rip off.

Every time I come into this establishment there is a problem. Let’s start off with this is a customer service job and this staff knows nothing about dealing with customers. They have bad attitudes and they do not care about their customers they literally could careless. I order door dash this evening and to my “surprise” the order was completely wrong. Not only could I not get in contact with Chipotle I had to leave my house just to go get my “food” after I ordered and paid door dash. I got to Chipotle I explained how my order was wrong and they asked me what was wrong with it and I am like um… no guacamole, beans, brown rice, tomato salsa, corn salsa she proceeds to tell me that they put the wrong sticker on my order. No sorry for the inconvenience no I will make you a new bowl nothing. I will not be returning to this horrible rude staffed Chipotle. Clearly the reviews do nothing because they still have horrible staff, but if you do not want to work for Chipotle there are plenty of jobs on Indeed I am just saying.
