Gm I love Dunkin’ Donuts but the fact that you can’t walk in to order is crazy everyone does not have a car and before going to work wants the coffee I don’t want to walk to drive thru ppl are crazy and have road rage I’m not trying to get ran over this morning the cars wouldn’t let me even order they was driving like they was gonna hit me so I just left maybe y’all need security cuz if the time you guys open but something have to give and also what’s the point of us ordering online and can’t pay in store y’all have to be assist customers because everyone does not drive nor have cards but overall I love y’all just need to get some things in order

I gave a 4 because the staff is always nice and I’ve been going to this location for years. Unfortunately they now allow people to WALK in the drive thru cutting off the cars that are waiting. I’ve literally seen people drive in, park their cars and walk to the window to avoid long lines. They definitely need to open the actual store or find a new system of servicing their customers. This is completely ridiculous

They have a woman there who doesn’t listen to the customers half the time. I ask for a certain flavor of coffee and in return I get a regular coffee and she didn’t make me a new one all she did put put raspberry syrup in there and handed me my cup back. But other than that the rest of the staff are good.
