After getting off work around 7:30pm, I was hungry and didn’t want to cook dinner for my son and I. I had a free 2 topping medium pizza in the Domino’s app, so I decided to use it. I got half cheese for my kid and half pepperoni and sausage for me. I placed the order at when I was 15 minutes away at 7:48pm. At 7:57, I received notification from Dominos Tracker that my order was in the oven. I arrived to the store at 8:01pm. My order wasn’t ready yet, per the app, so I waited in the car.

Always perfect!!!! I realized I’ve ordered from the state for years and never left a review. My pizzas are always perfect and hot delivered fast even on busy nights. I wish I knew the names of the folks who work at this location they all deserve a raise and kudos!!! Thank you all!!!!

I placed an order at 8:57pm the website said that it would take 60-80 minutes, ok cool. It’s Saturday night probably short on Help. I always have ordered from this store and my address has not changed from the profile. The tracker showed delivered. I called the store and Adam said the driver didn’t have the building number. Bro the letter was there so CLEARLY the building number was too, but ok I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. He said “ let me call the driver to let him know” a whole fifteen more minutes go by still no order. I call back to the store ask for Adam but he was “gone “but was in the background yelling “someone on the way. “Needless to say at 10:40 there was never an order received soI canceled and asked for refund. There was no apology no anything. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of courtesy that I received. My family could have went elsewhere instead of sitting there waiting for an order that never showed. Now had that been the other way around they would have been going off on someone else, which by the way I never did. Pitiful just pitiful the lack of professionalism these restaurants have.

Just ordered 2 pizzas with marinara dipping sauce with an order of cinnamon twist. Forgot the marinara sauce for the second time and instead of cinnamon twist, we got a box of plain bread, no icing dipping sauce. Even went to pick order up because last 2 times we did delivery it took over an hour . Probably won’t get pizza from this location or domino’s again

Placed an order online just before 3pm for a 6:30pm delivery. Called the store at 7pm to get a status and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. When I asked the point of pre-ordering the employee hung up on me. I called back and talked to the manager. Food finally arrived at 7:45 and was warm at best. Store is definitely short staffed which contributes to the issues but there is no need for an employee to be rude and hang up on a customer. Note the manager did ask how they could make it right and I told him to get my food here and get his employees in line.

Where do I start… I ordered online and waited about 40 mins before I went online to track my order. It said that my food was being inspected at 4:22 pm. I wait another 15 minutes and still no food has been delivered. At this point I call the store to figure out what’s going on. She put me on hold for about 5 mins. When the little girl got back on the phone her reply to me was that my food was still at the store because they only had one delivery driver at that time. At THIS point my food had been sitting there prepared and waiting for over 30 mins. I told her that I would just pick it up at this point. She put me on hold again, came back to the phone and said the driver was now bagging it and on his way. I told her I was already in my car and to have him just leave it there. She replied ok as she hung up the phone on me. I arrived at the store to pick up my food and asked to speak to the manager. The girl yelled at another employee (not even sure if he was a manager) and said “do you want to talk to her or do you want me to?” I explained to the guy what had happened and asked for my tip and my delivery fee to be refunded and told him that the girl was rude and hung up on me. She starts yelling across the counter that I’m lying. I told the guy I was talking to that she needed to watch her mouth. He told her to be quiet. She walks to the back by the oven and continues to talk about me. If you don’t have good customer service then one you shouldn’t be answering the phone and two you don’t have any business dealing with customers at all. I asked the guy for her name so that I could report her. There were other customers in the store while this was happening and I’ll be honest I was embarrassed.
