We used to order Hungry Howie’s all the time. But this particular store already twice for the last three months forgot to put one of the meat ingredients in our pizzas. The first time I didn’t make a big deal of it. But when I received my recent order with the same error, I started thinking that it’s not accidental. I called the store and they told me I have to return their pizza back and they would make me another one after waiting for the 1st order for 45 min. And when I asked if they can simply credit the ingredient dollar amount they told me that don’t do any credits anymore. So, check what you get before leaving the store or don’t accept what you have delivered without checking. Seems like they found a good way to cut their costs. And they lost me as a customer.

Never again will I be going to this location! Charged me more for a salad here then the one off ridge does. The staff seem like they never got trained or have proper customer service. If I could leave 0 stars I would gladly do it. Very dirty as well

Just a quick fast food pizza/sub franchise. Never had any issues here. And everything is obviously made to order. But only takes about 12min. for a pie. Always seems to be busy there. Especially on Wednesday’s. Like the salads!

On numerous occasions We have had great service and excellent food. But it only takes the few repeated mistakes and arrogance of a snobby employee to try and put a customer in his place… what part of no ground beef and no onions did you get light onions out of that and to be rude when you simply asked a question… ” O well I made the pizza personally and it wasnt smothered in onions it had light… and on another occasion this is how our pizza was delivered, sauce dead smack in the middle of the pizza… and the cookie was burnt as well thanks appricate your ignorance and screwed up orders.. I love working 14hrs to run get pizza and then be demanded if want anything fixed to drive it back, 20 min one way… so all in all with fuel and loss of food thanks for costing me 60 bucks and wasting my time… my family and friends will no longer be customers of the clown show you run at the 52 and U.S.19 location!

Tiny takeout-only venue.. but the staff is excellent! The dude at register gave my nephew a quarter from the tip jar for the candy machine while we waited for our pizza (I didn’t call ahead). They were all kind and cheerful, and patient with other customers.

I can’t stand what I called chain pizza like pizza hut, dominos, little Caesars, etc but hungry Howie’s is the best. Its always my go to chain pizza. Their sauce is good and their ingredients are good. The flavored crust is the best and their subs are awesome and unique. Hungry Howie’s will always get 5 stars from me.

Order 3 meduims, 1 was completely wrong. Got home, spoke with manager, said i could take it back and they would remake it, then said it was my fault for not checking it before i left there. Really? Swap out a pizza? Customers fault because they screwed up order? Will never order from this location again

Ordered a pizza on the mobile app. Pizza said it was on its way and then “order completed” but no pizza. Called the store to inquire about our pizza since it never came. The person on the phone said it was delivered to our address, accused us of “living in the backyard” then wanted to see our ring camera footage tomorrow to prove no one came. We have over a dozen cameras outside our home and have been sitting on the couch. A car didn’t even drive down our street, let alone deliver our pizza. It’s a cheap pizza, we’ll eat the charges for a pizza we never received, but they may want to change their business model if they think we should have to prove that a pizza didn’t come to our house. I don’t know maybe have more honest delivery drivers? I run a business and sometimes you just have to admit you’re wrong and make it right and apologize, and not accuse your now hungry customer of lying. I’ll stick to Pizza Hut and Domino’s.
