This location is ALWAYS slow, also when I order a blended turtle I like it with no whip but still have the toppings. EVERYTIME I prefer it here they NEVER put the toppings on. I asked an employee yesterday why that always happens and she responded, “We just assume that is you don’t want whip you don’t want any toppings” PLEASE do YOUR JOB and READ the order, DON’T JUST ASSUME!

We visited this location on a Thursday morning, 15 minutes after they opened. It wasn’t busy; we were the only customers in there and the drive thru was empty. The barista’s were unfriendly and not helpful. The place wasn’t clean. There was garbage on the floor in the seating area and the bathroom was dirty with trash overflowing. Understandable if it was later in the day and it was busy but this wasn’t the case.

I just don’t get how hard it is too stir the carmel into my coffee. It sits on the bottem which makes the first half of the coffee bland and the second too sweet. Happends when I order icea tea with flavor shot or iced espresso drink. Flavor shot just sitting on the bottem. Retrain your staff.

Really love caribou coffee I’m general. This location is nice and new, but it looks like I have run into the same personnel issues others have commented on. Our orders also didn’t taste right, but I’ll attribute that to being possibly the first customers of the day. Hopefully their quality in both product and customer service improve.

Service and product quality need MUCH improvement. Bagel outer crust not as crisp as they should be – too doughy. I had a 25 minute wait for just 2 plain bagels to go. This is third time this has happened. I got home opened the bag and bagels were mush and inedible. I won’t be back
