I’ve been coming here for the flautas for literally 20 years. The other food is awesome too but often I just want the light snack. Guacamole has a little kick and is always consistent. No wonder they keep expanding.

Great food. Great service normally. Ive been eating here since 1990 ish, pretty much when they were new in VV. The team has always been pretty great there. Nowadays if they get busy and Veronica is actually working there it seems a bit hectic. But normally the food is delicious, quick and very fresh. Love it.

While I do love the restaurant, every time I order ahead I try to get a burrito without beans and they always add beans. It’s half the weight of the burrito. I do try to clarify as many times as possible to remember the subtraction, but instead of confirming they say “10 minutes” and hang up.

Been to Favelas for years but tonight was the worst. Dry meat, half teaspoon of old guacamole and hardly any sour cream. Did not look or taste like an original Favela taco. I will not spend those prices for something I can get that taste better at Taco Bell. Train your employees to do it right.

I’ve been going to this restaurant with some regularity since it opened at this location I think about 20 years ago. I have enjoyed each of the hundreds of meals I’ve had here and I’ve never once been disappointed. The food is prepared with quality ingredients by people who are skilled at making fine meals. With so many Mexican restaurants to choose from Favela’s really stands out in value and quality. My favorites are the steak nachos, chicken chimichanga, chile verde burrito and chicken fajitas.
