This was our first time eating Arby’s “Fish.” This location had really good customer service. One order was: Hawaiian Fish Deluxe, and Fries and our other order was Classic Fish and Fries. The food was hot, and it was good. Be careful walking in the lobby and bathrooms because the floors were slippery (on the day we ate there).

The food and service here is SO inconsistent. If you’re going to show up for work, at least do the job all the way . The last time I was there, my gyro was VERY greasy and just nasty. The fries was also cold. And the employees were so boring even after I tried to talk to them.

Horrible customer service! I orderer from the drive thru window and was told to pull around to the front door and someone will bring my food out. 1st issue – There were no other vehicles in driveway thru except my vehicle and 1 other vehicle. So, why are we both pulling to the front door to wait for food and waited 10 minutes before I went inside the restaurant to see what was the problem. There were only 2 people dining inside the restaurant and they already had they’re food. 2nd issue- after standing at the counter for a couple minutes. Someone finally acknowledged that I was standing there. My order was still not ready. 3rd issue – mozzarella stick was cold. Staff was moving humbering over the food talking over the food. Be mindful no mask over beard for the guy. Horrible customer service.

I ordered the Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, I have had it before and it was great, it’s the only thing I eat from Arby’s, so I ordered it last night, lady was rude kept cutting me off as I tried to order,but I looked over it maybe she had a ruff day, but when I got my Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger it was hard as a rock , I will return it tomorrow and me and my family will never spend a penny at Arby’s again!!!

I’ve eaten at this Arby’s since 2012 and I’ve never had an issue with the service until this year. The last 2 times I went in, the young cashiers had attitudes about me paying the change on my bill in change, even though I paid with exact change. I had a bill of like $5 and change so I gave her $10 and told her hey, I have that change before she grabbed the money and she just ignored me and closed the drawer. Another time I went, a male cashier checked me out and I looked up to catch him making a face at another employee about me. And then he ended up not even giving me back the correct cash. I used to love this Arby’s, but I will not be back.
