Ordered one pizza at 6:03pm for carryout. Arrived to pick it up at 6:50 as the estimated wait time was 45 minutes. Paid in full and waited. During the wait the register worker just stormed out of the store, slamming the door on the way out and I was left waiting. At 7:29 I was finally asked about my wait and they found my now half hour old pizza has been sitting, boxed and waiting the whole time. Without a word I was handed the pizza and walked away from. Then upon reaching home I lifed the lid of my cold pizza to find it was not the pizza I ordered. Wrong size, topping, and no garlic sauce I paid extra for. I would avoid this establishment at all costs or they could steal your money as well.

I love Papa Johns pizza, but I will never order from them again as long as they utilize Door Dash for delivery. My pizza was left outside, in 20 degree weather, without notice that it arrived. No doorbell, no knock, no text message, nothing! My pizza, which I waited an hour and 20 minutes for, was cold, as if I had taken it out of the fridge. Completely unacceptable. No common courtesy, no respect for the customer. You have lost my business.

Ordered the pizzas at 3:53pm on line was giving a 35 minute estimate for delivery. 5:03 still no pizza so I called them to ask when I could expect our pizza I was told I don’t know the driver has the pizzas. I said I know according to your tracker it has been out for delivery for 20 minutes. The pizzas finally showed up at 5:20 and they were room temperature at best. I ordered extra sauce on one of the pizzas and they couldn’t be bothered to put extra sauce on it just like getting your pizzas to you in a timely fashion and hot. Pick another pizza place to order from unless you like room temperature pizza that is 45 minutes late.
