In addition to the series of disappointments I’ve encountered, it’s worth noting the consistent conflicts I witnessed between Cafe Rio Mexican Restaurant’s staff and numerous customers. This recurring issue casts a shadow on the overall atmosphere and indicates a lack of professionalism and customer-focused approach. What’s more, it’s come to my attention that this place has changed ownership at least a few times, which could explain the inconsistency in quality and service.

“The Salad” is my favorite, especially with steak. It’s huge, with chopped romaine lettuce, Pico, rice & black beans, guacamole & cilantro. It also includes a tortilla made fresh in the store , along with their house dressing. Delicious!! ♥️

Hot fresh food delivered quickly. The enchiladas and tacos were great. I had never had tres leche, so the very nice manager gave me and my friend a sample. It was so delicious. Will definitely return.

This place used to be good, but not anymore. This must be a terrible place to work because all of the employees act like they hate their job. They were so rude the last time we went in, about a month ago, same tonight. I gave feedback on that visit from a code on my receipt, obviously that did nothing.

Not only did they not provide me with what I ordered. They did not even give enough meat in the taco that I received and didn’t order but paid for. Then the person ringing me up had an attitude. The doors are also filthy.

Our catering order was 15 minutes late, incorrect, they still messed everything up even when they “fixed” it, and acted like it was our fault they made it wrong. The food tasted amazing, but wasn’t worth the hassle and getting treated rudely by 3 different, incompetent employees

I just received another order that had half of my items missing. This restaurant has serious issues with getting orders right. I don’t understand how hard it is to add rice, beans, and dressing to an order. The entire staff there needs to be replaced. This is the THIRD time! It doesn’t seem to matter if I pick it up or get it delivered.
