I went to college that had a wings over on campus so this food is a little nostalgic for me. I was a little afraid to go here since the reviews are so low, but honestly I think they should have a higher rating. The staff was kind and the food was exactly as I remembered it! So so good! The wings with extra honey mustard hir the spot and the waffle fries on top were just chefs kiss! I think the artwork and the dining in experience is likely the reason it has a lower rating, but this is more of a take out kind of meal for me! I would give it a try if you like boneless wings.

My bf placed an order online, waited about 15 mins before leaving to pick up the food then waited an HOUR at the restaurant and the food still wasn’t done. It’s not like it was a big order, which, would have been understandable. After waiting at the restaurant he decided to just cancel the order. When he asked for a refund the person at the counter said they don’t offer refunds. When he said I’m leaving without my food you have to give a refund. They said they would get the manager. The manager never even came out to see what the problem was and they gave him a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be back.

The food is delicious just be careful when you’re ordering online… “tenders” are boneless wings apparently and “wings” are automatically bone-in. I’m pretty annoyed that I paid for the bone-in when I wanted the boneless and didn’t even think to order “tenders” instead.

I placed my order online at 6:47 as shown on the receipt. I did not receive my order till 8:30 and did not even get a call to be notified that my order was at my door. The wings were so over seasoned that my kids and I couldn’t eat it.

I called to place an order the night before due to needing to pick them up at noon when they open at 1130. Tried to make their job a little easier. Needless to say I go to pick up the order and no one knew about the order. This will be the last time I spend $90 for 50 wings to not have them ready. I could have went somewhere cheaper and had my order when I needed it.

This Is The Third Time I Requested A 12 Piece All Flats. I Asked Them If The Would Be A Problem Request. They Said No All Three Times That It Wouldn’t Be A Problem For 9 -12 Pieces. So That’s What I Ordered To No Avail When The Food Got Delivered Guess What ?!?! I See That I Specifically Requested What I Didn’t Want F*****n DRUMSTICKS !!! I Hate Drumsticks I Explained Why & Everything. All 3 Cashier’s Said That I Can Get All Flats For That Amount Of Pieces In All I’m Very Disappointed That I Got Deceived ! This Makes Me Want To Take My Business Elsewhere with A Chicken Place That Can Fullfill My Request Honesty, Sincerely & Courtesly Without Disappointment. So Much For Excellent Customer Service ! That Went Right Out The Window. I’m Going To Make A Formal Complaint That This ISN’T An Isolated Incident. This Happened On Three Occasions TOO Much For Me. If They Can’t Deliver My Request Than Express That From The Jump. Don’t Play Games with The Customer. Although The Food Is Decent. I Give They’re So Called Professional Courtesy 1 Star. This used to be my favorite place to get wings in all of RI but the prices are no longer justifiable whatsoever. $20 for 8 chicken tenders (no sides included or anything) is asinine. This is a shack on Hope Street in Providence RI acting like they’re a food stand at freaking Coachella. It’s honestly depressing.

Used to love everything about Wings Over. Looks like recently things have been overhauled. Less airplane themed. My favorite sauce disappeared. Chicken is still good. But for me something will always ve missing. No dine in at this place. Street parking.
