Fast service, clean restaurant, great friendly staff here, but the chicken seemed like it had been sitting around too long.. it wasn’t nearly as fresh & hot as I’d like, but it was still good extra crispy chicken at 2 pm.

Horrible! I bought food online and went to pick it up. When I got there they canceled my order. TWICE! I had to go in to place the order. I placed it and got 2 meals with only one drink and one fry. I tried to talk to the manager and she had no idea what to do and would not help me. Never going back!

KFC locations can be hit or miss and this location was forgettable. The drive through wasn’t friendly, but the food was served quickly. We had a variety of meals and a la carte items and they were all generally uninspiring and had an old texture to them. I think this will be easily skipped in our future Sun Prairie restaurant options.

UPDATE: Come to find out the meal we ordered but didn’t get because they were closing an hour early, WE STILL GOT CHARGED! I have tried calling them to get my money back, but they don’t answer their phone. So I will have to go through my bank to do a fraud charge.

Went to the drive through, the lady taking our order was pretty rude… the food came quick and it was hot so we thought everything was fine. Got home to realize the 16 piece bucket we got (and paid for) only had 11 of pieces of chicken in it. Couldn’t even get the mix up right. Also, I’m generally not one to complain about customer service since I work in it and understand everyone has their off days, but I don’t appreciate being overcharged for things I didn’t get.

They were literally out of extra crispy chicken breasts. The explanation: the truck did not come today. Seriously you’re a chicken restaurant… how can you be out of chicken? This place is so unreliable and poorly managed it saves more time to drive to the location near East Town Mall than it does to go here.

Sun Prairie WI location, drive through only. We ordered an 8pc bucket of legs and thighs. This website says it is 14.49. We were charged 18.99+tax. When I tried to point out (3 times) that her charge didn’t match the advertised price, I was ignored. Then we discovered we got the wrong mix – it included breasts & wings along with legs & thighs. Not our preference, not what we ordered. Fast service, but fast doesn’t excuse sloppy and rude. No receipt.

I have gone to this KFC several times, and each time is an experience. Tonight was no different. While paying at the window I was then informed the ice maker was down and we got warm sodas. I can deal with that but that should of been my first clue. Then I had to pull forward to wait for my dinner. I waited 10 along side another person who had been waiting longer. We both finally went in and they had no order for either of us. They asked gave the lady extra cookies and she left mad. I went up and they had no clue about my order. I got my order and it was wrong! Helen took it back and made sure they got it right. Helen then spoke with another employee and I could hear the entire conversation. It was not a conversation that a customer should hear. It was that I hadn’t paid for my order. (And I had at the window.) Finally I demanded for a refund and Helen said she could do credit my card, it doesn’t work that way. I again demanded for my refund several more times and she refused. She gave me my order and Helen did apologize several times. She told me she felt embarrassed and that her employee didn’t “Frickin” listen to her. (Yes she said that to me.) I grabbed my dinners and left. I do understand that things go wrong, but if a customer wants a refund you give it to them!
