Ordered online! Ready on time! Order was correct! The lemon pepper were a tab over sauced and oil pooled the bottom of the container! I’m never against extra seasoning but the oil leaked through the bad pretty bad. Other than that! Wingstop is always a treat for me!

Multiple flavors were under-seasoned, some had no seasoning at all. Ordered fries extra well done, that was not the case and there was absolutely no fry seasoning on them whatsoever. I have been to many Wingstop locations over the years and this one is hands down the worst one I have visited. There is no care taken for preparing the food and clearly no one is checking the quality before it gets bagged.

This place is consistently behind in filling orders. They rig their own fulfillment times by saying your order is “Complete” online but you’re still standing there waiting on it. Seems like they’re always dealing with staff shortages. Service is just awful.

I was really disappointed – I requested extra cook time for crispiness and they looked like they were barely cooked, I requested garlic parmesan and there was very little sauce and no parmesan. I ordered through doordash because I didn’t have a vehicle so I was stuck with these AFTER paying the marked up price plus tip.

I placed an order online and asked for extra sauce on my wings, when I went to pick them up I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be ready after placing it 40 minutes ago. It’s was very Irritating when I got home to discover that my wings were dry and didn’t put the extra sauce I asked for. Horrible service!! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

After two visits to this location it’s been repeated 45min-1hr waits for a carry out order placed via the app which stated 16-21min wait time. Store had 4 tickets hanging when I walked in. Mine was 3rd in line. Said it’ll be 5 minutes. 40 minutes later it was ready.

Placed an online order and showed up at the scheduled time. Most of the order wasn’t ready, but they said it would just be a few minutes. Over an hour had passed for an order that I was quoted 20 minutes. Wings that were fresh were fine, but everything else had been sitting for at least 30 minutes, dried out and cold.

I visited this location at 9:30pm this evening. The sign on the door says open until midnight and once inside, I was informed they close at 10pm so they could no longer take orders. I will certainly not return to a location that does not want to take orders (and my money) during their operating hours. I was told they could not take anymore orders because they had to do their “closing duties.” Don’t closing duties take place after closing?
