Had at live at five event tonight. Very disappointing, no flavor and didn’t give ahi sauce with the pollo saltado. Soggy fries, chicken was bland, tomatoes were gross and soggy. Would’ve liked to ask for a refund but wasn’t worth the hassle.

Ordered the steak quesadilla, and the sausage hot dog on two separate occasions. Both times, portions were plentiful and the qualities of ingredients were great. Very nice guy also, quick and convenient for people who live in the area. Accepts call ahead also which is a plus

I was there today I don’t like doing reviews but the food wasn’t as great. Lomo Saltado wasn’t good at all weird taste, and fried Rice mix was horrible. Bad customer service

I’ve never heard of guatemala before in my life. hell I probably will never go cause it’s to hot. That said this truck is the reason I now know the name Guatemala. I ordered the Lomo Saltado and the Bistec Encebollado. Both 14 bucks coming out to 25 and some change. It’s alot of money but it’s also alot of food. And not just any food. This is by far the best food I’ve ever had from a food truck. I used to swear by the Lomo from Old House but this truck, a truck, makes the best Lomo Saltado in all of Connecticut. I will not go to any other place for Lomo, ever again. As for the Bistec Encebollado I couldn’t even get to that plate on the same night, I eat it the next day (they packed the guacamole on the side cause they knew I wouldn’t get to it ).
