The boy and girl who were working at 1:50 on Saturday, 7.8 are a disgrace to your brand. They were both messing with me in drive through so I couldn’t order. And when I said that I had an appt to get to the girl said, “don’t give me attitude! ” Clearly I wasn’t nt going to order, and when I passed the window that was open I looked inside and asked the guy’s name and he looked at me and shut the window! Terrible work ethic.

There must be health code violations here- garbage and dirt all over the floor and counters. Incredibly slow service despite no other customers present; meanwhile multiple employees standing around just talking. Employee continually stopped to check phone and send texts while preparing food. Poor service and questionable whether the food and drinks are even sanitary.

It had 2 people working in it. I waited 30 min in the drive thru ( only 3rd in line ) when I got to the speaker I was asked to wait . 8 min later I pulled around to see what the holdup was . The problem was the employees chatting with each other and not working. I didn’t say anything and I wasn’t rude I just pulled off . If you don’t want to do the job , don’t take it .I bet they don’t have a problem cashing their checks though

I have came to this Dunkin 5 times this month. I ask for iced coffee, and get hot. I ask for chocolate donuts, and get chocolate cake donuts. Half the time you come here they don’t even have regular glazed, Or chocolate. They burn bacon on sandwiches, just horrible.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this dunkin doughnuts coming all the time and yet they still might have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’re always so miserable and just don’t do their job. They always leave stuff out of our order which is LITTERALLY ONLINE i don’t know how they could mess that up. Not to mention they barley ever have anything in stock. I swear they only have like 2 doughnut flavors every time I go. I recently just went and they messed up my order 3 times in a row and after that gave me a extremely undercooked coffee roll which I only realized was raw after eating half the thing and now I am sick with food poisoning. They need to get this dunkin doughnuts in order because I’m gonna start going to Starbucks.

The last three times I have gone to this Dunkin I order a tea with cream and sugar it says it on my cup but I end up with either black tea or one time coffee with a tea bag in it I have pictures . It’s such a waste of my money that something so simple gets screwed up so much your ppl need to pay attention to what they are doing . Don’t waste your money at this one!!!
