I specifically picked this location even though it was the farthest because it had the best rating out of all the other ones nearby, and I’m glad I did. Ordered on the app and my partner picked it up so I can’t speak to their facility but the pizza was quick and good. Will definitely order from this location again?

Terrible customer service, I’m shocked the store has not fired the driver who threatens families. Her name is Izzy. We had a cash tip (as we know is much better than a credit card tip) and she choose to take the time to write on a receipt about how we did not tip.

So this is what my delivery looked like. I did have to pick the pizza off the ground as well as it was on its side. Delivered without ringing the doorbell to let me know it was here. The absolute last time I order pizza from this location and have it delivered. Pizza was lukewarm, and I don’t know what ate the brownies outside, but those are wasted and unedible.

Papa John’s is among our favorite “fast-food” pizzas; we order carryout about once a month. We get the basics most of the time, but every now and then I get creative – that is why I rate 4 stars, because even though I order it correctly online one of the creative pizzas is always incorrect – they redeem themselves by always offering to fix it, which is great customer service, but I don’t always have 15 minutes and I love pizza enough that I will eat just about any topping. Papa John’s is good for a quick meal and a decent price if you find a coupon or order in a group.

Delivery will absolutely take twice as long as they say it will take. Routinely closer to two hours (and I live 4 miles away) than the half hour to 45 minutes they tell you it will be, and just as likely to leave it at your door without knocking or ringing the doorbell as they are let you know it’s arrived. Love the food. But absolutely atrocious customer service.

Delivery- Ordered 2 liter diet pepsi and tried to deliver 2 liter dr pepper. Did not accept it. Mistakes happen but store’s response was unacceptable. They would not give me money back but only said they would credit next order. The pizza was lukewarm and definitely not near quality from other St. john’s pizzerias. Definitely not ordering again and out the $3 for drink.

I placed an order for pizza and wings on Friday, 10/29 for pick up on Halloween. I was having a Halloween party and knowing how busy it is I thought I’d guarantee I had pizza by ordering an advanced ahead of time. I show up yesterday (10/31 @5:30) for my pizza and wings to be greeted by the rudest staff informing me my order never even dropped and basically they couldn’t guarantee me nothing as my order was # 400 in their system. They were filling orders for people that was just walking in placing orders with no care for the people that had ordered days prior an advance. I wasn’t the only one. I completely understand how busy of a day it is on Halloween for pizza. This is why I placed my order an advanced. The girl I spoke with didn’t even care. She said the best she could do was call me in 35-40 min from when my pickup time was and let me know if they would even get to my order. I never heard from the store and was never able to get through. I received an email later on saying they were unable to contact me so they canceled my order. I was never contacted by anyone. This was completely unacceptable that they couldn’t even make orders that were made an advance a priority. I am so disappointed this is how I was treated. It was like no big deal to them at all that I had a house full of people waiting to eat. I understand it’s a busy day but zero communication or care from the store about the situation. I will never again order from here again after being a customer for many years. I was left with no food as everyone else in the area was completely swamped too. While I understand it was a busy day I feel like I should have at least been given the courtesy of getting my food even if it was late getting to me being that I placed my order an advanced.

I just placed a carryout order for a medium half pepperoni and half sausage and on the phone was quoted $10 and change. When I picked it up I was quoted $12 and change. I told the cashier about the price discrepancy and she said I was charged for two toppings even though each topping was only on half. Obviously the clerk wasn’t aware of bait and switch laws or that by law the price I was quoted must have been the price honored. She said she managed to get the price down to $11.75 like she was doing me a favor. It’s only a couple dollars but it adds up quite a bit for many many customers and was after all a 20% increase. So hence this review and we’ll see what happens from here.
