A find for the gourmet chorizo lovers like myself. Chipotle is the absolute hottest and my favorite. Accommodating shop speaks English/Spanish, will portion out meat for you. They have dry cured meats which are another find. mostly locals just saying. I bbq the chorizo so I tend to buy the full meter. Sterile environment. plenty of parking

They offer a small selection of chorizo meat. You can pick from spicy- mild, red or green, chicken or pork. The flavors are there and is the reason I keep returning as a customer. They also offer a small selection of mexican cheese, salsas, eggs, mexican sour cream, sodas, flour tortillas, and dried chilli pods. Their prices are reasonable! Very good customer service! This a great place for the best chorizo in the OC. I go to this location cause I moved to north OC. I used to go to the original location in Santa ana which is still my favorite of the 2 locations. They sell by the meter and can get half meter if you want. They various types like Pork, Chicken and also Soy with different heat levels which are displayed when choosing. They also have really good tamales made with the chorizo that they make in house. Check them out.

I feel that this review is long overdue since I am a repeating weekly customer! I normally get my chips from Stater Bros a year ago. After noticing the lower quality taste of the chips, I went on a research journey to find the better tasting chips. Lo and behold, Ochoa’s Chorizo, a local shop, sells chips and other food items. I’ve been getting my chips since then. There’s a satisfied amount of home-baked chips in the bag for the price. The authentic restaurant quality taste is excellent. There is the right amount of salt for each chip and the crunch quality of the chip is perfect for dipping it to its salsa. The chorizo is also made fresh. I have it from time to time and truly enjoy cooking it with a bit of oil. The moist texture and the perfect amount of spiciness is amazing for making chorizo tacos. You got me as a life-long customer!
