I received a Papa Murphy’s “Loyal. Customer Rewards Card”. I have used this card for 7 plus years! Sometimes upon using it, the un- educated staff members have tried to not return it upon my ordering. The Card Clearly States “2 Family Pepperoni Pizzas for $12”!! Again, for 7 years, plus I have purchased pizzas using this card, which I was givin by the store as a promo for “Loyalty Customer “!! Today on May 2, the staff refused to return my card. I spoke with a ( again un qualified staff member) , they advised me that management confiscated my “Rewards Card “ n I would have to call @ later date as they had no manager to deal with it.

I like the place but recently they’ve been getting my orders very wrong and adding unwanted ingredients (cross-contamination). Just this day I asked if they could hold the topping cheese mix they add after all the mozzarella and ingredients and they said “no problem”. I get a cheese-less pizza with veggies smacked all over the sauce and a big bag of mozzarella. Very irritating because the main reason for asking them to hold the topping cheese mix, is to fix the poorly arranged pizza for the past several purchases. I’d rather they say, “We can’t do that” I’d be happy.
