My first time at Tim Horton’s. I stopped here because I received a gift card. It’s definitely not up to a Dunkin Donuts. Staff was friendly, but bagel was not toasted, as requested, and hash brown was not very tasty. The floor was sticky in the dining area and most tables were dirty. I wont go back.

The food and staff here are usually amazing, today they weren’t very good. Upon my family ordering their selections the gentleman taking the orders wasn’t putting in the correct items, the food was totally incorrect than what we ordered and our drinks weren’t correct as well. First time for giving this place a poor rating but it’s needed to hopefully make some corrections. Will try again in the future.

Calcutta’s Tim’s has a line out the parking lot everyday. Steubenville needs to ask them their secret bc you are lacking here bad. From the service to the food etc… today we ordered sausage breakfast sandwiches. The English muffins were both cold, not buttered or toasted like one would expect. They didn’t have the blue berry muffins we ordered but said they would have to refund the whole order could we just pick something else not that they had much to choose from. Hope you step it up soon bc your coffee is great. I normally don’t complain but this has happened on more than one occasion.

If I didn’t know better, I’d have thought this place was closed… but I went in and was surprised to see people working there. Everything felt very run down. Menu items listed on the online menu were not available in store. The guy who served us at the counter was rude and didn’t listen to what we ordered right. He tried to put a dirty, crusty milk frother into the milk for my coffee. I’m so glad I don’t ever have to go back there.

Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, though they start to crumble towards the end, which makes eating on the go difficult. But worth it. Theirs are my favorite doughnuts in the state. But these lost their chocolate toppings before we ate them. We had to kinda rebuild them to get the TimHortons doughnut experience. They were clearly having a tough morning at this location: outta napkins & outta paper towels in the rr, also with nonfunctional hand dryer & slow-draining sink. Service was light but friendly.
