Ben and Mel always take care of me and whip up a groovy sandwich that makes me keep coming back. Appreciate the great service and reliability for a great lunch EVERY DAY!

I just wanted an Italian sub with banana peppers. It was my fault for not understanding this location did not have banana peppers, but sweet jalapeños? I know now not to ask for banana peppers again. Wish they would have just told me they don’t have them on the line other than giving me something comparable.

The Lake Orion Theatre Boosters ordered food from Jimmy John’s for our students during their long practice nights. Food was great, service was great! Thank you!!

Terrible Jimmy Johns. Went inside and ordered a sandwich. The man who made it didn’t put literally anything that I asked for on it. I called them back to let them know and they said there is no way to look me up without a receipt ticket number. They never gave me a receipt and said there’s nothing they can do about this mishaps without the ticket number. This is very inconvenient when they can’t just look up their transactions history

Store is closed when its supposed to be open till 7pm. This has happened everytime we have tried to visit this location. There is never any signage posted as to why they may be closed early. Update the hours so they are accurate.

I ordered two sandwiches and was told after paying that “it was going to be a wait” and was handed a cup for a water to then immediately be told that their fountain drink machine was down. I should’ve been tipped off by the congregation of over 10 people waiting on their food and no one being served in the ten minutes I waited. Catering / online orders kept popping up and for the first time in my life I left an already paid for meal. I can’t imagine the “freaky fast” wait would’ve been any less than a half hour at best, whereas most Jimmy John’s wait times are 1-10 minutes, max.

You know there’s a problem when you close at 3pm on a weekend. Also, one person working. Literally. I won’t ever waste my time again.

I have now been screwed by this jimmy johns twice. A few weeks ago I had to place a 20 person order. It took me just over an hour. A half hour after placing the order I was contacted saying ” they could not do my order it was to much for them to handle.” I know it was a last minute order but their website says they take last minute orders. Now today I sent one of my employees up there to get 10 my 15 subs and again we were turned away at multiple locations. Unfortunately we had to eat at Potbelly’s which is the worst sub shop in the state of michigan.

Terrible management. Have not trained there employees at all on how to deal with customers, especially when busy. Thankfully they can make a sandwich well. Had lunch here and there was a rush right after I got my food, I sat down and ate it in store. Looks like a bunch of online orders came through at once so the employees started to IGNORE customers walking in. One guy came in, went up to the register, grabbed a bag of chips and waited almost 10 minutes before a employee said kind of rudely, “We have no bread!”. The guy apologized and left. Soon after a family came in and the employees simply yelled we have no bread at them. The Mom said “Do you have wraps or anything” and the employee just pointed at the bread rack then at the tickets. The family stood there for a minute then left confused. This is managements fault 100%, how you let people this bad at dealing with customers and a rush run your store is terrible.
