called about a refund and was told a manager would take care of it and give me a call back. After nothing I called again and they said it was taken care of, but nothing has shown up yet. I would have appreciated the call back I requested as right now I got don’t know if anything has been done at all, or if the card processor is just being slow.

Did an order for pick up, didnt send all of our food, did nothing to resolve the issue. Chicken was not done, bun was hard and dried out and ordered French fries and they tasted as if they put sugar on my regular fries instead of salt. Celery was rotten.

I read a lot of these reviews and these people are not lying the wings were completely dried out, they were horrible. The fries were cold and smooshy. The brownie was like paste. Honestly who still eats here? I’m surprised this place is still open. Never again.

70 cent wing day. Come in to the store with 5 kids, who are all ordering. The cashier just says after every order “fries and drink with that” and of course all the kids are saying yes. Turns out you can’t get the 70 cent wings if you order a combo. Would have been really nice for the girl behind the register to say that, definitely partially my fault for not knowing, but damn. Paid and arm and a leg to feed everyone. Waited 25 minutes for food. The fries were all cold. Just not a great experience overall.

First off I start off by saying I love Wings Stop, but tonight I had a bad experience. I order right behind my family which they got their food at good time in manor. With the exception of my order, after waiting for a while, and expecting my food to be done as well on a timely manner fashion as well. When I asked about my order, no one had a clue for people working. They had to get the manager, which she couldn’t tell me as well why my order didn’t kicked in on the machine in the back as her excuse that was. When I asked about my refund, she seem like she know how to operate a computer, nor the register pay with card and I’m getting cash back. I don’t think I can say the manager Lonnie was able to give me my money back atleast.

Order carry out for 5:45, got there 5 mins early and my food was already waiting. My fries and wings were cold and the Cajun seasoning on the fries was gross, and the wings were dry, they missed serval spots with sauce. 1/10 would not recommend for carry out. The employees weren’t friendly either.

Big disappointment. Used to love them about 15 years ago. Quit ordering from them about 13 years ago just due to convenience. Recently I had 30 wings with fries delivered. Every wing was dry and tasted like they had spent the last six hours under a heat lamp. The lemon pepper were so over seasoned as to gag anyone at first bite. The fries weren’t ruined like the wings were, they were just ok. If the wings had only been inedible I might overlook one bad order. But this order tasted like someone making these wings was mad at me. – Never again
