We placed an order drive thru. Once we got to the window to pay, the cashier kept saying our card declined. After that we tried not one but five different credit cards which ALL had a sufficient amount of money to pay for our meal. When I explained it’s their system, the cashier rolled her eyes and closed the window. She then proceeded to keep our credit card she was working with. Finally she opened the window and stated it was our cards and one of their employees tried their card and it worked. So I handed back the drink she did give me as she knew for some reason our cards would decline since she kept the rest of the drinks in a drink carrier except for the one with her. We drove off and went across the street to Burger King, ordered the same amount and what do you know, our card approved the action!!!! I will NEVER recommend this location. Rude customer service ever!!!!!! Good luck if you order here as you may get told your cards decline even if you have plenty of money!

The obese, manly sounding female taking orders was very rude! It wasn’t until she saw my federal government employment debit card that she did a 180 and started treating me respectfully. The food was fresh & hot, but staff didn’t use gloves, and the hands they use to exchange money touched my food items. Do better!

Incompetencey is always expected, however not only did she repeat my order to my but my receipt also said no cheese, (theirs gives you stomach issues for DAYS), use your own, but IT WAS CLEARLY ON THE RECEIPT! I caught a bus home with zero time to re-check. What do you know, home, beverages in hand with remote…cheese oozing off of both of my roast beef sandwiches. 3rd time this has happened!!!!!

Can’t remember the managers name, kind of tall and thin gentleman, super polite and friendly. The bathroom was closed, but noticing I was traveling he made one available for me. Food was made very well and everything was great. From the outside I had really low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by the inside staff and food.
