Mi Pueblo is my favorite spot for Mexican food. It’s got a Southern California flavor vibe which is what I am always looking for. The food is made fresh, and the portions are great. It’s clean, reasonably priced, and the family that owns it is so sweet!

incredible service they were so nice to us. The food was amazing. We got the Chile Colorado and the steak nachos. Both were so good. the queso and ranchero sauces were so flavorful. the salsa was delicious, had a kick to it but not too hot and had tons of flavor. Definitely our new favorite mexican restaurant in Murray.

This restaurant is normally a great place to eat but, when the owner is not working it’s a very bad place to eat. Yesterday “Sunday 05/22/23” we went to eat there. First of all we weren’t given any chips or salsa like normal, we had to ask for them. We ordered 2 carnitas tortas 2 French fries and 2 drinks. When he brought the order he put down 2 tortas and 2 drinks NO French fries. We were charged $20.30 for 2 tortas and 2 drinks. The tortas were $5.50 a piece that’s $11. 00. Like I said we were not given any French fries. I advised him that he forgot the fries and he said “oh sorry” unless the drinks were very expensive we were definitely over charged. Also we usually have the carnitas plate and a California burrito but was advised upon ordering that there was nothing available on the second page of the menu only the first page. We usually love this restaurant and hardly go on the weekends. My advice is to stay away of this restaurant unless you see a very nice black SUV in the parking lot. That’s the owner. Usually parked in the front of the building last parking place to the right.

Delicious and authentic Mexican food at very fair price! Ordered to go and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely worth trying

Not worth the price or wait. It took 40 minutes to get our food; none of the menu prices are correct. There is a little sign that said they needed to change the prices back in May but haven’t updated the web prices or corrected the paper ones in 8 months. The chicken was very dry. “Guacamole” ended up being two little slices of avocado. The beans, flour shells, and cheese sauce were good.

So to start, if not for Google maps we would not have know this restaurant was here. Zero visibility at night that say restaurant. Once inside the dining room the atmosphere went school Cafeteria. Limited seating, uncomfortable tables and chairs. Not well cleaned. Floors, tables sticky. However the servers are pleasant and the smells from the kitchen are enough to stay and try the food. So we ordered and shall wait. The fact it doesn’t come flying out 2 minutes after it’s ordered is a welcome sign. Means they are cooking. And since I can see and hear the lady’s cooking I am anticipating great things. The feeling of being back in Mexico in the kitchen of a friend’s mother. Greatness at it best… again high hopes and crossed fingers.

Hands down the best mexican restaurant we have found. Definitely a place that could be easily missed. No bright signs, just a sign in the window. We only found it thanks to google maps. It is not to be confused with the overly advertised mexican restaurant across the street. It was fairly busy when we walked in. The seating was cafeteria style. The smell is what made us decide to stay. The small menu was a good sign. Appears to be ran but a mother daughter duo. Staff is friendly. The food was fresh and tender. All the meats had their own distinct flavors. Refried beans were homemade and seasoned perfectly. The rice was cooked from scratch and so good. The huachara was cooked beautifully. Crushy exterior and soft interior. A must go eat at place.
