One star. Cause the only thing they got right was my order. They are under staff. Phone rang the whole time while more and more people kept waiting. Hire more people. I ordered through the app and still waited 20 minutes pass the time given. All I got was crazy bread. So. Yea. Had to write this. Prepare to invest 45min after ordering.

I have complained about my last two orders and no one cared at the restaurant. I filed a complaint through their website, no response. I went to their twitter, I was told to call their customer care, I got hung up on TWICE. Terrible customer service and the manager doesn’t care if your food is made terribly. It’s cheap food but that doesn’t mean they have the right to make it look like complete garbage. The pretzel crust pizza was a failure at this store since they are too incompetent to make it. Not to mention, I waited almost 45 minutes past the estimated time and the manager didn’t seem to care.

Wish I could leave negative stars placed a order dinner for kids online it’s supposedly to be in the box to get out with a code wife goes in to get out food and it’s not in the box I ask and the man says some man picked up my food he showed a receipt first LIE if he had the email with the receipt on it, it had the code so they have my food away and refused to remake it was very rude! 2 employees phone ringing of the hook whole time never answered, people complaining waiting way longer than time given. This place has the absolute worst disrespectful employees I have EVER SEEN!

Always slow. Doesnt matter if they have, as the manager today put it, “only 2 people so we are running behind” or 5 people working, they are ALWAYS slow and running behind. I avoid this location at all costs but it close so i usually have to go here. As far as the staff goes, they, and “they” is usually whoever is running the front counter, is most of the time rude and very short with customers. I assume because they are always busy but that should be a good thing. Im not sure how you advertise “hot and ready” pizza and they are neither hot nor readym Its ALWAYS a 15-20min wait for a regular freaking pep pizza…HOW?!?! Anyway, its a below average at BEST location with WAY BELOW average service. ORDER AHEAD!

On 5/13/23 at 6:50 pm, I kept calling the Little Ceasars on S. High st., to place an order for pickup. They don’t answer the phone. Just the automated music after pushing #3. After 45 minutes of music, and nobody answering……we hung up!

It all started with placing my online order and being given an estimated pickup time of 8:58pm-9:03 pm on 4/5/23. (My roommate placed an order as well at the same time). We arrive @ this location @ the specified pickup time and as we were entering the lobby I counted 11 people already inside waiting. After standing there waiting for several minutes I asked where our food was and was ignored! I asked again a few minutes later and was told it wasn’t even being made yet! I continually noticed that people that came in 20 to 25 minutes or more later than we did were getting their orders ahead of us! While I stood there during this 45-minute ordeal I noticed and witnessed three doordash drivers leaving because their food was not prepared either. They were giving priority to people that were walk ins off the street ahead of call in orders online and ahead of doordash orders. Numerous people that were already waiting in the lobby asked for refunds and the manager acted annoyed because he had to come up front and get off of his cell phone in order to take care of the transactions. There were4 adult workers on duty and none of them were moving very fast! I witnessed the manager in the back trying to put pepperonis on a pizza and the whole time he was on and off of his cell phone and did not bother washing his hands! They had a younger fellow at the pizza cutting station with a large bandage on his right hand cutting pizza and putting food in boxes with what appeared to be either a burn or open wound on his hand. They left the cashier up front to deal with everyone and the manager acted oblivious to us that still had not received our orders! I don’t know but this seems like bad business to me. The whole purpose of placing an online order and paying in advance is to have a smooth and quick pickup. At 10 minutes till closing we finally got our orders, being the last 2 customers in that lobby! We had to wait almost an hour to get the orders we placed online. Called the main headquarters in Detroit and filed a complaint with them about this stores unprofessional business practices and was told the district manager would contact me. Yeah right, No one has even bothered to do a follow up call. Bad business practices all the way around! Apparently they condone this kind of idiodicy and unprofessionalism! Will never go back to this location again and probably won’t even go to any other Little Caesars location just because of their lack of concern about treating their loyal customers so badly! I would give 0 Stars if I could but it won’t allow me. Get it together South High Street location! Their service is very subpar at best and leaves a lot to be desired! Without your loyal customers you wouldn’t have a job!

Yesterday they messed up my pretzel crust with cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce and today they over charged me and messed up my pretzel crust again with stuffed crust and charged me for bread sticks that I didn’t order or get with my pizza, both times I asked for a regular pretzel crust pepperoni pizza with pizza sauce,then they don’t answer the phone when you call to let them know, ask for a receipt and check your food before you leave they store. There is only one person a young lady who gets your order right anyone else you have to triple check your food and receipt before leaving the store.
