Great place to eat! Super friendly staff. Doggies welcome. Handicap ramp was long but easy to get up. Bathroom was huge and easy to move around in. View of the river awesome! Definitely coming back next time.

I have been eating lunch here weekly for the last 3 months. The food has been nothing but first class. I lost a receipt for a meal. I need it for an expense report. The owner took care of it herself. Before my meal was out she had my replacement receipt. The staff is friendly and super helpful even when there slammed at lunch. My go to is the grilled catfish and shrimp with sweet potato fry’s.

The food was amazing, I ordered the fried green beans which were the amazing part. The “mixed greens” salad was just spinach and some other greens. The ranch dressing was fabulous as was the vinaigrette for my salad. The atmosphere was interesting and unique. Off the beaten path and would recommend visiting.

My boyfriend and I took our dogs out to eat with us on a Friday night. It wasn’t very busy, so that was nice since I have a fairly hyper puppy! It was a nice night to sit on the deck though. Good atmosphere and the food was great!

This was an amazing little spot!! The view was spectacular and the frogs and crickets were singing near the river. The balcony seating was comfortable and it was a great March evening to eat out there. My waiter made excellent recommendations and was very friendly. The fried pickles were exquisite!! I usually stay away from fried pickles because the pickles gets soggy. That was not the case with theirs. They were thin slice and fried to a perfect golden brown and brought out hot. They melted in my mouth with a delicious salty crunch. The housemade ranch was thick, creamy and delectable. It was a perfect compliment to the fried pickles. For my supper I ordered the fried catfish and shrimp basket, both sourced locally. The catfish was fresh and had no fishy taste. It was breaded in corn meal and fried to deliciousness. The shrimp was not over breaded and fried just right without over cooking the shrimp or leaving the breading soggy. Their hushpuppies were very yummy and an excellent compliment to the shrimp and cat fish. My waiter also recommended the conecuh sausage and threw in a sample piece for me to try. It was smoky and perfectly seasoned. The flavor of the sausage exploded in my mouth with each bite. Do not pass up this food experience, you will not regret it.

Food was decent. Pretty expensive if you ask me. Cost almost $20 for a club sandwich and onion rings with a glass of ice water and a $3.00 tip.
