The customer service was excellent then food was delicious. However, I gave it a four stars because they forgot my chicken tacos. I’m not upset it’s a honest mistake. Your supposed to get what you paid for. So if you decide to come eat here make sure you check the bags before you leave

The food was average fast food, the service was very… awkward and scarily intense, and the floors felt like they were mopped nightly with pancake syrup – even in the bathroom. We were the only people there and they just sat the food down and never called to us to let us know it was ready so it was cold when we finally noticed. That was a perfect first experience at Del Taco. I will just make tacos at home next time.

I ordered on line and got the email confirmation. 15 minutes after I showed up and they said they did not have the order on their screen. I said ok what now. They said even though I had the email sayin I had ordered and paid there is nothing they could do. I left telling them I will contact management. As I was on my way back to work I called the store to ask who the GM is they told me ‘don’t give me attitude” and hung up. I had to call another Store to find out who the management was for that store. Jordan your staff has a lot to be desired and you owe me money. I never got what I paid for and had to order delivery to my work so I could eat. Good luck getting any food from this store.

You guys used to be the best one in the city for nights. I don’t know what is going on but the GM clearly isn’t keeping up with food safety at the store. It’s truly disappointing. If it had been a one time thing I get it but the last three whole months it’s been getting worse, food obviously expired being served and you guys should be ashamed and maybe go over your serve safe certification to maybe get back to where you need to be. Because this isn’t it guys. Do better. Be better.

Orders here are always accurate. Food is high quality. Use the app and everything will be easier. A huge plus, when you ask for lots of taco sauce, they give you lots of taco sauce packets. They don’t get skimpy with them like taco bell.

I can’t speak on the atmosphere because we went through the drive-thru. The food was good. The service could have been faster and more accurate. I do understand going late (9pm) shift change happens, less crew, but we had to circle back around because we had missing food. They took care of it right away, but we had to wait in line for 30mins. Other than that it was good food. Exactly what we needed
