This particular Hardee’s is easily the best around. Of all fast food places I frequent while out working it’s the best. Never crowded, quiet atmosphere with pretty good music going most of the time, a super friendly and helpful staff, and excellent food. And the manager and his usual staff are personable great people and all around good characters. Something about it just gives off good vibes and helps me relax and chill on a stressful day.

The guy was extremely nice for us coming thru at 930. He informed us when ordering that it would be a little longer wait because it’s cook to order because it’s later and as we waited he checked in with us and let us know the status of things. GREAT customer service!! Love seeing that in a young person especially :-). Keep up the good work Chase!

Bathroom was nasty…no towels, only 1 working stool. Then went to order food…1 person in front of me who had placed his order…it was at least 30 min. before they took my order…then another long wait to get chicken not done and burnt burger. So not a great 1st impression. They did say they had lost 5 employees so that’s something but will not be returning.

7pm on Feb 18, 2023, outstanding service from young man and young lady. I wanted an extra iced tea for the next morning due to staying in a hotel and it’s what I drink to wake up. They were just really sweet and down to earth friendly. Smartly left the ice out so as not to water down. Also talked up the mustard-bbq sauce they have for my chicken. Everything was made fresh. Hubby loved the Monster burger. HUGE, couldn’t finish it! Lovely staff and really appreciated their kindness after driving 12 hours.

Checked the hours before leaving to run to Warrior for food, stated they close at 10:00 PM on Saturday. Arrived around 9:15 and pulled up to order, sat there for about 5 minutes waiting and nobody took our order, so I pulled around to the pick up window and there was a worker sitting in a chair counting down the drawer. Just drove on up to Jack’s and picked up food. If you state you are open till 10:00 then you should be open till 10:00. Need to change your hours on the website and door to 9:15.

GROSS! I went by there at 7:45 in the morning when there was no line, and ordered a sausage and gravy pork chop biscuit. As I pull around the building I see two cars at the pickup on do with their vehicles and park. You can tell this because there’s no brake lights. I’ll wait 15 minutes for this biscuit only to get to the window and them tell me they haven’t put the pork chop in to cook yet. Lady asked me to wait an additional 10 minutes while they cook the pork chop and get my biscuit ready. I declined and took a chicken biscuit in this place only to get the oldest piece of chicken in the store. The chicken was dark brown with mainly breading and not chicken, and the biscuit tasted like so much better it was soggy. Do not eat here do not waste $5 on food you will throw away.
