The food was good and the service was prompt. It seemed to be a slow day for a Friday, but it was to our benefit. Low drinks were topped off quickly. The food came out in a very reasonable time. The desserts were excellent.

We had a party of five for dinner. Had about a 10 minute wait at the door. Soon had a table ready. Our server Sara H. was over promptly and got drink orders. She was very pleasant and attentive, and came by frequently to check on us. The appetizer and orders were all fresh and correct. We enjoyed the service and the food. Definitely recommend!

Visited Charlie’s Italian Restaurant for our 5th anniversary dinner. It’s such a cute little place, and the people were so nice. Hubby had the baked lasagna alfredo, and I had the lobster ravioli. Loved everything!

A real find! Wonderful food. My wife had the Veal parmesan and I had the chicken and spinach manicotti. Salad was crisp and fresh, salad dressing homemade. Excellent bread. House wine very good (Chianti) and reasonably priced. Our server, Sarah was cheerful and helpful. Going back tomorrow and bringing friends…A great place!

We visited Charlie’s Italian Restaurant as it was an option for us for a caterer for our wedding. Very nice atmosphere- We loved how quiet it was inside even though almost every table was full! Good size portions. Lobster bisque was great as well as the Chicken Marsala & Chicken Parmesan! We tried the mint ice cream cookie & sea salt caramel brownie for dessert! We are definitely choosing them to cater our wedding! Can’t wait to go back!

The service and the atmosphere were very good, we got a 16″ Pizza that was somehow made to fit on a 14″ pan for serving at the table. The Sweet Potato Fries were good but the Cheesy Garlic Bread was the Highlight of the meal. The Pizza Sauce lacked any real flavor. 3 of Us ate for $45.00 including 2 waters and a sweet Tea

Me and my family live here in Ellijay and wanted Italian so I saw that Charlie’s had a lot of mixed reviews so we went. For 3 people our bill was $100 their prices were very high so I was thinking wow these portions should be huge. Nope they were normal portions now I am not complaining about the size of portions but if you are going to charge 20 for lasagna and a trio you would get a large portion. What I am saying is due to the high price I will make my spaghetti at home that will be my only trip there. Oh and it’s not even fresh or local it’s Shipped in.

Food was okay, a little pricey, atmosphere was decent, service needs some improvement. Waited for a long time just to get our drink order, then it felt like an hour for our food to arrive, never got refilled drinks, nor did the waitress come to check on us….
