I’d expect a burrito supreme to be better than a beefy melt. The supreme had almost no beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomato or cheese, and about 90% bean. If I wanted a bean burrito I would have asked for one. Never coming here again!!

We had awful experience here firstly the people working here are so rude n then they mess up your order, they will ask you to order on kiosk thing there n then don’t even bother to check your order have charged extra for guacamole on everythg but didn’t even added n also we paid for large drink but they don’t have large cups n they no more have napkin’s sauces or utensils near drink or anywhere where u can find, you have to ask them for napkins sauces or utensils they will give you weird look. We love taco bell but not this location

Today i went through drive thru and they didnt take the correct order. They did not say sorry for the misunderstanding and they gave me what i ordered. I came home and the food was a mess. I called to tell the manager but no one picked up the phone.

This place no longer takes your orders they want you to order through a chaos which takes three times as long as they just telling somebody well at least they told me they didn’t take orders so I went up to see how long it was going to be they said I had to pay before they started making it I’d already been seeing the 30 minutes waiting on my food
