Me and my buddies ordered 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers, 2 crispy chicken BLTs, and 2 medium fries. We get to our destination and there is nothing but chicken nuggets in the bag. They only got the fries correct. Called them 5 times and no answer. Showed up to the store the next morning and the manager on duty can’t help me without a receipt. It is the employee’s responsibility to hand the customer the receipt. No receipt was given to me. I paid $27 for this food and what I got was radically different than what I ordered. This place used to be my ‘go to’ for something quick to eat, but they have lost my business for good.

Love the employees at this location. It felt very lax and chill. My food was ready within 5min everytime and it wasn’t limp or skimpy (The chili cheese fries are my favorite! I could eat it everyday). It gets a bit crowded during lunch though, so be sure to order ahead, the food will still be warm when you get there as they leave it under a heating light.

very disappointed in the food and customer service. We arrived for a pick up order, and the doors were locked. went around to the other side, sign said “employees only” that was also locked, so we went back to the original door. there were about 4 employees sitting at the table watching us try and open the door. This was at 5pm, no signs anywhere saying that the lobby was closed. Another wendy’s employee arrived for their shift having the same locked door issue, two employees got up to go open the door for him and the others got up to just look at us. I thought maybe they didn’t see us? I knocked at the door and waved and they continued to just stare at us. The lobby being closed was not the issue, but after about 5 mins the manager comes to say go through the drive through. I just wish any one of the four employees would have said that or gestured instead of just standing there the whole time. Very confusing, got back in the car to pick up the online order and place another one. The french fries had a weird sour taste and overall the food was disappointing compared to other Wendy’s. One of the weirdest Wendy’s i’ve been to. Do not recommend.

The fries were spectacular and the burgers were really awesome. Best fries I’ve had I a long time!! Everything was fresh and was perfect. hot and fresh. Drive through is usually quick but never real slow. It’s a great place to drive through and park to have your meal. While it’s certainly not the fastest it is well worth the wait. Adding extra veggies on the burgers is free! All of the employees I have encountered were friendly and made sure they got my order correct. I will continue to come to this location in the future. I highly recommend this location.

This used to be a safe bet for a quick bite to eat. The past few times have been very disappointing. The customer service through the drive-thru this past visit was awful. There was no greeting initially to order, just a what can I get you. Then zero interaction when picking up our food at the window. When we got home, our drink tasted awful and had no carbonation to it. Also, we didn’t get the correct food. Will not be back.
