This was my first time in this establishment. A this was found in my husbands glass. The Mgr on site was doing an interview with someone a just yelled at the staff in the kitchen, instead of just getting up a walking to the staff letting them know we were there .

The lady was just so rude to my husband on the phone. We have children and it’s late at night she told him it will be another 2 hours it’s already been an hour. She didn’t offer any discount or anything. She just told us after we’ve been waiting an hour already that she could cancel the order. No one called us to tell us the delivery would take 3 hours. The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced from Pizza Hut ever . We choose Pizza Hut because of their good customer service. We pay extra for quality food and service. This was not acceptable treatment. We are very disappointed. We both used to work at a Pizza Hut too now my husband is driving there and they offered nothing for the inconvenience. He was upset but never rude and now he just got home an old stale cold pizza that was supposed to be delivered they actually served us an old cold pizza at full cost after that HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

If I could give pizza hut as a company a negative 5 star I would! The most INCOMPETENT people I have ever dealt with. Can’t even get a supervisor same day you have to wait 3 business days for a call back. I will make it a point in my daily prayer that the entire company goes under. Suck my nuts. I’ll go where there is better ingredients and better pizza. POPPA JOHNS!

Ordered Big New Yorker with double pepperoni. Got regular crust with barely any pepperoni. And it was lukewarm at best. I think they just sent me something already made regardless of what I ordered. Will go elsewhere – plenty of competition to choose from rather than not get what I ordered.

We were so excited to try the new pizza with cupped pepperoni. We wanted to add sausage and mushrooms. The person taking the phone order couldn’t figure it out. We tried a week later to order online, it allowed us to order two pizzas, one with added sausage, one with added mushrooms (it says you can’t have more then three toppings and the pepperoni counted as two toppings). Unfortunately, when we picked up our order, no mushrooms and no sausage, the pepperoni was sparse. Will not go there again. Not any better than the $7.00 pizza at another establishment. Extremely disappointed.
